The drive through system is so old and unmaintained that I could barely hear the worker and she could barely hear me. She got my drink order wrong but unfortunately I didn’t notice until I had driven away. My burger was cold even though I tried to eat it in the car right after I left. So it was already cold when it was given to me.
Very disappointed.

I understand drive thru gotta be fast but at least let a person look at the menu quick and choose. Lady at the drive thru always pushing saying she don’t understand and I know she understands when I say I’m looking at the menu and she talks in an unpleasant tone like yelling angry. It’s not the first that lady has been rude I’m just getting tired of her being rude.

I literally just came from the drive through. It was a young Asian girl with a bad attitude. I ordered chilli and a chicken wrap combo. There’s usually a Jamaican guy there. I told her. I wanted cheese in my chilli. There’s no cheese. The wrap is cold and completely fell apart. She didn’t want to be there but I won’t return ever again. I didn’t pay for cold food and bad service. I always eat chilli with cheese. She needs to be replaced. There’s no napkins and had to ask again for ranch dressing. Horrible. The Jamaican guy was the only reason I went there because of the service. I know if I drive away from the drive thru stuff is not missing from my order. Looking at the reviews it seems when he’s not there the staff is not friendly or listens to the customer.

Start by saying this location is ice cold! No one could even sit in the dinning area. I ordered a meal and asked for the sauce to be removed which they happily did with no charged removed but at the end when I asked for sauce with my food they said they charge 53 cents for any sauce. Absolutely ridiculous. Not about the money but about the principle. No other Wendy’s does this. Not my normal location will not be returning.

Disappointing experience, the fries were cold and soggy, ended up throwing them away, the burger was luke-warm at best, and the coke was watery. The service was rude and unfriendly and tried to charge me extra to rectify their mistake. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

Fries were old and Luke warm, sandwich seemed thrown together. The chocolate chip cookie was the best part. I went about 40 mins before closing and there was noone behind me and only 1 person before me in the drive through.

The only good part of this place was the cashier at window. Some fries where some where cold. Burger was like it was cooked 2 hours ago and dry as the desert

Maybe if you didn’t rush people when they’re making their order or cut them off mid-sentence, you’d probably get their order right.
Just drive another mile or two down the road for a different Wendy’s because this one is not good. The service is horrible and your order will be wrong. You can forget the sauce!
My burger was wrong & they gave me a plastic bowl of lettuce with ketchup & mayo smeared on it to correct it & sat it on a slice of cold cheese.

The lady handed me the bag of food and held my credit card on the other side of the bag where I couldn’t see it and it dropped onto the ground. I had to move my car to get out and get my card. Then the lady left the window and wouldn’t come back because she hadn’t given me a receipt or a straw. I really felt like I was unimportant to this person!!!

I placed an order but didn’t receive what I ordered. I spent several days trying to contact them via live chat and phone, but they don’t answer. I called the restaurant, and they told me I should call the Wendy’s customer service line, which I already did, and they just leave me on hold; nobody answers.
