I was craving a burger and searched google when Joy burger came up. I wasn’t too sure cause it’s inside the mall and I hate having to deal with the parking and people. But let me tell you, it was totally worth it! I got the double smashed burger with fries and it might have been the best burger I’ve ever had! Delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was great too! I ate at the counter and the servers were so kind and checked to make sure I had everything I needed. Plus when my iced tea was running low I didn’t even need to ask before she was topping me off. Little things like that are great! I highly recommend making the trip inside the mall to eat here!

Juicy Burgers with Caramelized Onions, Perfectly Salted Crispy Seasoned Fries, and House Ranch that I could drink. All that and an atmosphere away from the chaos of the mall food court that makes you feel like you’re at you’re favorite diner. The Owner Hector and our Server Greta were a delight to be around. Delicious I had the blue one if you like blue cheese this is the burger. It is delicious. The fries were delicious as well. This is counter seating in a mall. I thought the food was good. Burger was on par with Johnny Rockets. I enjoyed it but was nothing special. I really enjoyed the fries. Nicely seasoned and crispy. The service was fantastic. Overall a reasonable value. A few dollars less on the combo price would make for a great value. Worth checking out if you are within 15 minutes of it.

What more can be said? Great burger joint. Owners are right there, the customer matters and will get a great meal. You can eat in the comfy but dangerous bar chairs or take your meal to a table. Great people watching, food came fast even though they were busy. Pricewise imagine five guys but way better.

I finally made it to Joy Burgers today after hearing about it for a while now. The burgers are 100 % Black Angus Premium Beef. I got the Teriyaki Burger with Grilled Pineapple , Lettuce , and a Soft Bun. It comes with Red Onions too , but I opted out of them. I did get the Onion Rings instead of Fries. The burger was very good and cooked perfectly. The Onion Rings came with Homemade Ranch that was thick and tasty.
The service was good and the young lady was knowledgeable about things I asked about. They also have a bar with draft beer and bottle beers. I chose a Dr Pepper myself. They have a diverse menu with things like Chicken Wings , Chicken Sandwiches , Mozzarella Sticks , Shrimp , Salads , and even Vegan Options. They have a Happy Hour from 4pm to 6pm on Monday thru Thursday. They also offer a 10 % Military Discount which is great since many restaurants for some reason don’t offer this much anymore.
The prices are a little more than most burger places , but you are paying for quality and a local business , not a chain restaurant that gets discounted food through their contract. I would recommend trying them out if you haven’t already yet. I will go back again to try more , but of course during Happy Hour.

The food was perfectly cooked and juicy on a brioche bun and perfectly seasoned Parmesan fries, …..yummy…… it was delicious!
Their menu is very simple that helps you to choose easily and they serve alcohol drinks too , because they have a small bar section.
But the vibe of the Joy Burgers is definitely a simple, casual and clean restaurant serving delicious burgers . A great place to have lunch with family or friends.
