I this is my 2nd favorite restaurant in Sandfly only because they don’t serve my coastal seafood BUT I have to say this place is my favorite go-to place when I want to chill and enjoy food! Very relaxed, no annoying servers working for a tip ( no offense), just great food, great service, and if you’re lucky your favorite team on the big screen! 5 stars! Roll Tide!

I moved to Sandfly in December and I’ve been trying out the food places around here….finally decided to try this place. This will be my last time. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and the Deep Fried Roll.
The Teriyaki Chicken…….dry…very very dry. Barely any sauce. The rice was ok…however I asked if I could get shrimp friend rice and I was told they only had fried rice and steamed rice. Never been to an asian restaurant before that didn’t serve shrimp fried rice. The veggies – they didn’t look like they were giving me an invitation to eat them so I politely decided to not bother them.
The Deep Fried Roll was somewhat better…but very little flavor and wasn’t worth giving the review a second star.

WORST. CHINESE. FOOD. I. HAVE. EVER. EATEN! I’m not sure what they are trying to “fuse” Asian food with. They should be ashamed to charge money for this! We ordered the sweet and sour chicken, sweet and sour pork, korean spicy marinated steak and eggrolls. The chicken and pork appeared to have been boiled, if that is even possible, because they were breaded mushballs covered with onions and green peppers that had been cooked much too long. The “spicy” beef was anything but spicy but at least palatable although the super thin carrots and onions were also overcooked. The salads consisted of iceberg lettuce with 1/4″ of water on the bottom of the box. It appears the workers are too hurried to shake off the lettuce after it has been rinsed. The dressing was gritty rather than creamy. The tiny eggrolls were super dry and looked baked instead of fried. And to top it off, the “fried” rice appeared to be steamed rice that was cooked in a pot with a little soy sauce for color. There was no evidence of any frying oil and barely perceptible carrot, no other vegetables. It came in large clumps which must have been scraped out after sitting in a pot all day, as there were black burned pieces of rice throughout. We bought this food at 5:00 pm on a Tuesday night so there is no reason it should not have been fresh. A total waste of $40 as most of the food ended up in the trash. We will definitely NOT be buying food from this place again and I highly recommend if you are reading reviews that you don’t, either!

Worst Orange Chicken I’ve ever had! The Orange Chicken from the frozen section at the grocery store was leagues better than this. Its like the cook has given up. The rice was burnt there were black pieces in my food. The chicken was mushy. Won’t be coming back sorry. If I could give it a zero I would.

I would recommend their Japanese ginger and carrot sauce for fresh chopped vegies. I keep a big cup in the fridge all the time. I top it on steamed rice and fresh chopped romaine. Also, their sweet & sour crunchy pork meal is awesome!

Wow; Hidden gem!!!
The exterior and interior are quite unassuming but he food is amazing! We ordered 5 sushi rolls and crab rangoons (the prices are also great). Each one was meticulously prepared and quite delicious. We will definitely be frequenting this restaurant!

I had a tray of sushi prepared for a party. The tray was beautifully presented and the sushi was delicious. My guests ate every piece. The place is not fancy looking but they take great care in making the sushi.

I truly am not sure what the basis is for the previous reviews, but I can tell you from my experience the baseline for evaluation is low. This is by far one of the most sub mediocre places I’ve eaten at.
I ordered the sweet and sour pork stir fry ($8.95). The chunks of pork where heavily breaded with a super soggy gummy covering. The stir fry ‘vegetables’ consisted of Onions, and Green Pepper. That’s it.
The sweet and sour sauce tasted like someone dumped a bunch of orange jelly (and not the good kind) all over the dish.
I know there are not many options for restaurants in this part of Savannah, but that does not justify the 4.5 stars 6 people have given them. I’m going to assume have or all of the reviews were family members.
