Absolutely appalled! I ordered an order of mini stuffed bagels for my mother and the first time around the bagels were cold and frozen! I asked them if it would be possible for them to reheat them and what did they do? BURN THEM! Completely rock hard!

The two ladies that work in the morning. One with reddish hair and the other with a dark brown. Both are rude and only greet the males when they come in or through the drive thru. The dark brown haired lady didnt greet me. Just said whats the name and handed me my drinks without straws. Proceeded to get mad because I asked for them

Ordered a tea that was FERMENTED! Called to let them know. Was told I could come back for a replacement. Next day was told they couldn’t give a replacement without my receipt. Guess you should avoid the tea. Was basically kombucha.

I am definitely addict to the Dunkin’s. I like the spider donut for Halloween’s season Here’s staffs were phenomenal. We got different coffee that we ordered, but they gave us new one immediately. Thanks for your service and I will keep love donut time with a sip of a cup of coffee ☕️

Service has definitely gone down here the past few time’s I’ve stopped by. On this past trip they got half of it wrong. They did one of the coffees with regular milk when both were suppose to be almond milk, missing one of the sandwiches ordered, and the one we did recieve had uncooked bacon on it. And the drive through woman seemed irritated that we were even there. Until they do an overhaul on that locations training and staff, I won’t be coming for fear of how sick they would have made me from eating undercooked bacon and milk.

When you order a latte, it’s important to seek clarification on details, like “iced or hot”. Assuming that it’s an iced latte because it’s summer time, isn’t a good idea. This is the first time a Dunkin order was wrong for me. Overall it was a clean environment. The service was subpar, very slow, no greeting as I entered and I was the only customer.

They put cheese on my sandwich. I hate cheese. I had to scrape it off. Then because they didn’t have my donut they replaced it with something that clearly wasn’t made that day. When the icing is so hard when you go to break a piece off to try it, it all falls into my lap and the floor. The donut was def stale. I literally packed up my breakfast and gave it to someone else and did without. I only leave really good or really bad reviews. This ruined the morning for everyone. Yuck nobody was happy. We spent way too much money for such poor quality food.

Very clean Dunkin Donuts that is easy to access and depart. We just got coffees. Our coffees were fresh, hot and made as ordered. The staff was on point, friendly and very fast with getting customers through the store and drive-thru.
The dining room was open when we stopped in. Not sure if this is a daily changing thing or not. So eating in may be hit or miss.

Really busy morning and a different customer came in and started berating the staff while I was at the counter. Manager handled it really well. I appreciate their efforts, everyone was working hard despite being clearly short staffed. Being kind is more important than your avocado toast taking a few extra minutes.

I had a rather unique experience at this store. I ran out of gas in the drive-thru at this location. Which was a MAJOR inconvenience to everyone one involved. However the staff at this store went above and beyond there jobs and just acted as kind human beings. They helped me push my car out of the drive thru without complaining a single bit and the manager at the store actually gave me a ride to the gas station so that I could buy a gas tank and fill it up and be on my way. On top of that as always the avocado toast and dunkalatte where delicious. Thank you guys for being genuinely kind human beings and if you are in the area I highly recommend this location!
