Order my wings for super bowl sunday at 11am for pick up at 3:15pm , they said it could be up to 20-30 min late, I said no problem. Arrived at 3:45pm they said sorry it’ll be another 1 hour…no problem… came back at 4:45pm and they said “sorry we dont have any order by that name”. Seriously? Terrible customer service, I understand today is a very busy day for them, but ive never had issues in prior years at different locations, I will never order from this location again.

I ordered take out on Jan 24. An hour later, the delivery driver is still waiting. I call the store and the kid answering the phone says “yea, your order was stolen, that’s life”. Love this dude for putting the WILD in Buffalo Wild Wings, but this isn’t a comedy club, so…. 1 star.

The wings are good. They have variety of sauce to choose from the prices are very good and decent. Scott has a great customer service skills, he helped us to choose the right sauce, and explained how we can add any dray seasonings to the French fries.

Overall, the experience was pretty good! We love going on Thursdays for BOGO! I normally get 20 wings and split them into 4 different flavors! The lady taking my order was really nice! Our food came hot and quick! We will likely be back to BWW! They also have a great selection of sauces! They always have deals going on!

Came in here because I was craving a burger and nothing else would do. I happen to like B’dub’s burgers and get them two or three times a month – generally at an actual restaurant, not at one of these “Go’s.”
I didn’t even know this place existed except I was on Maps looking for a burger in this area that wasn’t too expensive, but was also tasty and not traditional fast food.
I stepped in the door and no one was at the counter. I didn’t think too much of it as the store had only been open for about 15 minutes when I walked in and within a short few seconds a woman stepped out and took my order.
One of the things I’d noticed, when reading reviews, was how the customer service at this location was supposed to be above par. Very few people had anything negative to say about their experiences. All I can say is: the customer service wasn’t great. In fact, one might call it subpar.
Nothing overtly negative, but the woman behind the counter was either having a bad day or was just upset that I was there in the first place. She took my order and I asked if I could eat inside, to which she said yes. In none of our interactions did she seem like she was glad for me to be there.
She handed me a cup and I found a table to sit at. A few minutes later she brought my food to me in a bag. I met her halfway, expecting to pick up the order at the cubby holes, not having it brought to my table.
The burger and fries looked great, but whoever loaded the bag only put in two packets of ketchup. Granted, there wasn’t a plethora of fries, but were enough to warrant more ketchup, but since she didn’t seem in a customer service mood, I decided to not ask for more.
The good:
The restaurant was clean and the fries were good. I was also glad to see Pepsi Sugar Free in the fountain.
The bad:
The burger was so salty I almost gave up on eating it. I don’t know if the cook over-seasoned it, or what, but there were a few bites where something grainy had to be chewed through and all I could imagine was salt granules.
The same burger “meal” at lunchtime at a regular BWW restaurant is roughly $11. At the Go, my meal was $15 and then it had the audacity to ask for a tip.
Cellphone (at&t) in the area was horrid and their wifi was complimentary, but slow. It would be considered fast in 2001, but not 2024.
Conclusion:
I’d only ever been to one other “Go” location (in Parker) and wasn’t thrilled there, either. I don’t really see any reason to return to either location.

Jesus is wonderful, OUTStanding costumer service. Gets exactly what your stomach is feeling for. Wings were so crispy, sauce is drenching , ranch is packed. Wedges over shoestring fries anyday. Will be gettting all my GO orders here. Almost a weekly thing now!

1st day open so I was expecting it to be a little off but overall very pleased. It was about 5 minutes late but came out hot and fresh. Wings were all great, seasoned and cooked perfectly, fries and tots were good but the amount they give you isn’t worth the price so I’d say stick with the wings and make your own fries and tots at home. Hope they will only get better from here, nice to have it nearby…
