We had a mobile order that I had added bacon and cheese to our whoppers. I went back to get it added once we received our food and they added the bacon and cheese but I later realized before we left that we weren’t charged for it. I tried to go back and pay for it but the manager told me not to worry about it. I told him I really wanted to pay for that since it is an extra charge but he said I was good. I wanted to make sure I gave a review.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would ! Everybody attitudes are horrible even the managers ! Mad they gave me the wrong sandwich and didn’t want to replace my meal without me bringing in the old meal which I called before I came and that was never communicated definitely lost a costumer tonight !

I waited at the window for 25 minutes, but the staff member never acknowledged me. She repeatedly walked past without saying a word, which I found very rude. I’m still sitting here, and it’s really disappointing to be ignored for so long. I hope the manager addresses this behavior, as it’s not acceptable.

I’ve got to say I’ve meet the most disgruntled worker of all times. I’ve included photo of receipt hoping corporate may look into it because it’s sad to let a bad egg ruin a business. Not to mention how she just slung the food in the bag. I know I want be going back so maybe this will help others

They are amazing ! Very fast friendly and accurate in the mornings! ALWAYS smiling and make you feel so special!!! You definitely don’t get this treatment in many places in the world today! This is by far the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever eat!!!! It was cooked really hard an tasted like cardboard. The bread was stale and very dry!! I was very disappointed and had to get my fries replaced they were cold and rubbery.
