Past 3x I’ve been here was a 20 min wait with no more than 2 cars in the drive thru at any time. I get the $3 royal crispy chicken wraps and they put a single TINY piece in and wrap it up into a square. This has happened twice now. I could look past the wait as they are obviously short staffed and apologetic but the fact that this is what a $3 wrap looks like is ridiculous.

My order is correct every time I have been there. Staff is friendly. Food is fresh and cooked correctly. Never had an issue here and always happy to stop by. Each time has been enjoyable.
Only gripe I would have is the concrete curbing in the drive through. It is extremely difficult for longer vehicles to navigate without rubbing their tires against the concrete and damaging it.

Will not go to any other Burger King around anymore! These employees are top notch. First of all the manager accepted all our coupons in one order even though I had my kids stand in line with coupons to pay for separate orders with cash. He also gave us our coupons back for the next visit. Next the manager gave us a free drink for the one coupon meal did not include one. Next the assistant manager delivered our food to our table and chatted with us, talked with my kids, gave them free toys even though we didn’t get kids meals, and wished them happy birthday after he found out they had birthdays coming up. All this for less than half the cost of their competitors prices! Will definitely frequent this establishment when we need quick eats!

The manager was loud, rude and complained obnoxiously about how her one employee didn’t do what he was supposed to be doing, that she was the manager and not a babysitter. And was going to start writing people up cause she was sick of it. Not to mention her yelling at the employees that were working there at the time. Yes, all this was heard while waiting to get our food, which took WAY longer than it should have, after waiting at the counter for 25 minutes my boyfriend asked her, the manager, a question and she snapped at him saying she was on the phone to her supervisor.
Would not recommend dinning in, that’s for sure.

On 12/16/23 I stopped at the drive through approximately 8:30/8:45AM. A young lady politely greeted me through the speaker and said “good morning We will be Right with you”. Needless to say, I sat there over 5 minutes and she never came back (although I heard her talking through the speaker to someone else). It was all very strange because there were no other cars in the drive thru besides mine. There was also no one inside. So there didn’t appear to be a wait. After I backed out of the drive thru, I slowed down to look inside and I was correct, THERE WAS NO ONE INSIDE. They couldn’t get ONE car out of the drive thru with not even ONE person waiting on the inside? WOW
I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied because this place is usually very efficient and professional. I always thought it was ran well until now.

Great service, fast and everything was just as we ordered it. Easy location for on and off of route 309. We placed a large order, 6 burgers and 3 fries, and it was ready when we got to the window. Everything was hot. Is definitely a better fast food choice because the inside and bathroom was kept very clean.

The manager was OnPoint with a smile on his face and making the workers feel like they were having a good day as well. I wish I could remember the manager’s name but it was 4:00 p.m. last Thursday evening!!

I waited way too long to b waited & only one family in rest when entered, staff busy chatting, French fries cold, when complained to manager he gave us hard time& was VERY rude- fam that was in rest complained their French fries were cold & that they were shorted a hamburger- were supposed to b 2-for$5- manager told them that wasn’t being honored today & was rude to the man from that family. Another person came in & stood there for awhile-no one waited on him so he walked out. One car was in drive thru when I got there, til I finally got my order there were 4 cars in line-: We called in to c if would take a telephone order & the young lady said yes – when we got there manager yucked we don’t do phone orders. The kid working there pushed our order to us & when he was told the order was incomplete he finally got got our milkshakes. Told manager were were going to report to corporate managers his response was -go ahead-! Told manager to give money back & would go somewhere else & he just stood there – so we took our food & left‼️
Last time we will b using that place—& any other buyers beware !!
BTW- one star is way to high a credit to them ‼️‼️‼️
