These bagels are made fresh. When you enter they have a bagel making station to the left. It’s located right inside the hotel. I loved their everything and Asiago cheese bagels. The bagels were crunchy and there was a soft interior.

The location was really clean and the staff moved with urgency to prepare the food. They do have a large dining area as well. There is only paid street or garage parking in the back.

Stopped by during the work day for a bagel panini and omggg it was so good. This time I ordered a steak and cheese on a jalapeno cheddar bagel

It also has a nice seating area to do work. I used to come all the time.

I seriously still love this spot!

This was my first visit to Bagels ‘n Grinds. A friend at work recommended them. The food was excellent. Bagels are made in house and they are top notch! I was disappointed that they did not have any medium roast coffee available, but the light roast was good. The service was good too. Kudos!
My only “complaint” is about parking. It really sucks. Your choices are the hotel parking garage which is $8 for up to an hour, or a lot that requires payment as well. It’s not the restaurant’s fault, but I paid as much to park as I did for a bagel and a coffee. =/

I always love a good bagel, and this place did not disappoint! My breakfast sandwich was delicious and the atmosphere/seating is a fun relaxing vibe. Even better, I was craving this at 1pm (from the hotel), and they continue serving breakfast through lunchtime! My kind of place.

I went to bagels and grinds at around 11 am. Let me tell you, it is very busy on a Friday morning. The wait time was about 20-30 minutes. The service from the cashier was great. The manager however, yells across the room so it’s hard to study in there with the loudness and chaos. The food was subpar. I got an Asiago egg and cheese bagel sandwich. There wasn’t much flavor, and was little cheese. The bagel as well was a little stale. That being said, the price was alright, but the food and wait may not be worth it.

OK, staff has an amazing vibe. An absolute legit bagels. They have black and whites, they have egg, they have salt. I don’t remember the last time I saw black and white bagels.

And these are not goyisha bagels. Thank you for respecting the culture.

The employees work hard but seem their hands are tied…. One person taking orders and payments.. we waited 10 minutes with a few people ahead of us, to order. We then had to wait 15 minutes to get our food. The systems seemed chaotic. Pick up orders were confused( online orders, delivery pickup) where to pick up their order. Perhaps they were short staffed but it seemed unorganized and chaotic .Because of the time it took us to get our food, it left us 10 minutes to eat fast and make it in time for the start. It was not busy, especially to place the order. Wait time, not unacceptable, but the pleasant staff was refreshing.

Great, fresh breakfast foods. Bagels were very tasty. Egg and cheese sandwiches were also very good. We ate here every morning while staying at the Hotel at the University of Maryland and never even had to leave the building. We would enjoy coming here every day for breakfast.

Good service, fresh bread. They use bacon bits instead of real bacon, which is more practical for a more distributed approach to a bacon egg and cheese. A good amount of cheese on there as well. I enjoy that they give you cream cheese in a to-go container so you can keep it in the fridge for later. The coffee was delicious as well- I got a mocha with gingerbread added and it tasted like Christmas morning. Big lobby, and plenty of seating. TVs and couches all around.

I really enjoyed my time at this restaurant, inside of a hotel right next to the University of Maryland campus. The customer service is outstanding, especially my good buddy Rob! They were very helpful with suggestions on which bagels match best with with sandwiches and there is usually lots of available seating. Very much recommended..
