No need to drive to Aurora for AMAZING hot pot! If you’ve never had hot pot then you’re in for a real treat!!! This is an all you can eat (2 hour limit) restaurant with delicious ingredients that can be tough for me to find in this part of the Denver area! The meat selections are the best I’ve seen yet. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and English-speaking service. Food is excellent and exactly how you want it since you pick all the ingredients. The sauces and seasonings bar is available for customers to pick what they want & it’s clearly labeled. Fresh cilantro, fresh garlic, green onions & many other options to enhance your broth. All items ordered from the menu come to your table raw and you cook everything in your personal hot pot of broth! You control the temp of your own hot pot with the remote on the edge of the table by your seat. If you’ve never had hot pot then here are a couple of tips: have a bowl to allow your food to cool & a bowl for enjoying some that’s already cooled. Also grab the metal ladle for scooping out the hot food into your bowl. Sanitize chopsticks or utensils that touch raw meat or seafood in the boiling broth. Also a wonderful date night location since it has a touch of class & may be a totally new experience for some. Enjoy & let’s support this awesome new restaurant!

Really good hot pot. Especially for not having to drive to Aurora or Thornton. Finally, Littleton is getting hip! The beef selection was fantastic. We did the beef froth for the kids and tom yum for us. Both were delicious! The service was super friendly and attentive. The sauce selection was a little bit lacking compared to some of the bigger hot pot joints. But all around great experience, will definitely be back!

finally Hotpot in Littleton!! great service, attentive staff – I heard them helping other customers at the sauce bar that didn’t know. loved that the shrimp was head-on and dumplings were good. would have liked more veggie options, and the dipping plates they give you would be better as bowls so they held more sauce. otherwise, this will definitely be our new go to place, no more having to go all the way to Aurora or Denver for Hotpot, this place has it covered! all you can eat for $31.99 for adults

Nice atmosphere, clean and modern. The hotspot here is good but not the best but for the location is is well worth instead of going all the way Aurora. If you are craving for some hotpot can’t go wrong here but there drinks are not refillable as they serve by can so that is pricey. The quality of the meat was okay and not the greatest. Overall can’t go wrong coming here if you craving hotpot and you are in Littleton.

It’s nice to have a quality hot pot place in the area and not go far. Broth is solid 10/10 and I love the kaffir lime leaves in the broth. All the foods are fresh and yummy (I’ve tried most items on the menu). Staff are always nice even though the place is usually busy. I look forward to the complementary ice cream every time.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. Especially, the female staff who has a fair skin, she has a good observation and truly cared about customers. When I was looking around to ask for help bc I need hair ties, she stopped what she was doing immediately and came to help me. Although they didnt have hair ties, she tried to help me by another ways. I appreciate service here. That made my night better.

It’s all you can eat, AND it’s top tier quality food AND the service is amazing.
In 2026? I’m not sure how they manage at such a reasonable price, but they are doing it. Simply amazing food.
We tried nearly everything on the menu.
Every meat, every vegetable was rightoff the farm fresh. You can’t go wrong here.

Just had for dinner tonight and the food was delicious and the service was great. We have been waiting forever for this place to open. There was a great variety of meat and veggies.

The only reason I rated it down one star was because they don’t offer kitchen scissors. I ordered shrimp which came with shells on, and I couldn’t get them peeled. They were not pre-cracked or anything. I’m sure if I worked at it I would have gotten it but I have arthritis in my knuckles so it wasn’t worth it. I haven’t been to any other HotPot that didn’t offer them. And I did ask the waiter and they said they didn’t have any extras in the kitchen.

Will definitely go again. Very tasty with everything else.

I’ve been waiting for months for Hotpot Den to open and I’m happy to say that it didn’t disappoint!

My brother and I tried two different broths: spicy and spicy miso, both of which were delicious. The spice level on both were perfect – lending the right amount of spice to the ingredients without being overpowering. (The broths do get spicier as they cook/reduce). The spicy miso was a touch less spicy than the spicy, with a slightly more subtle flavor.

We tried just about all of the meat and seafood options and I can’t say that any of them disappointed. This was the first time that either of us had tried “seafood mushrooms” and we were both wildly impressed with them! The only thing we tried that I wouldn’t recommend is the lobster balls – they’re basically imitation crab balls. But it’s all-you-can-eat, so feel free to try them and see if you feel differently!

Lastly, the service was OUTSTANDING! Our waiter checked in on us at regular intervals to see if we wanted more of anything and was incredibly personable!

In summation, my first experience here was outstanding and I absolutely can’t wait for my next visit!

The food here was excellent. Its all you can eat. They bring you your choice of broth and you put your seasonings in it from the bar area. I recommend sesame oil, cilantro, chilli flakes, lemon right into the broth. Then put your proteins in. Make sure you stir well because you can have things stick to the bottom and you’ll have that burnt flavor in your broth and that’s never fun. The staff was friendly and attentive for the most part and they get you your food quickly. Go check it out if you haven’t yet!
