It took nearly 25 minutes after arriving at the drive-thru to get our pre-ordered sandwich and tender combo. And that was with 10 minutes of lead time from the ordering! The place wasn’t even terribly busy, so the delay is truly baffling. The food was decent, however. But the wait? Unacceptable

“I was really disappointed with my visit to Popeyes lusiaina kitchen The food took too long to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and underseasoned. Additionally, our server seemed disinterested and inattentive. Kingstons popeyes. Bad customer service from old lady with tattoo on neck. Uses please and thank you in a rude way. I didnt get my sides or dipping sauces. Kids toy is not there or the sides i order. Plus sandwich is lame and soggy. Not a happy customer. Hust go to wendys people.

I asked for ketchup and mayo he gave me ketchup and when I asked for the mayo he rudely replied that they don’t have mayo but my sandwich came we mayo very poor service definitely won’t recommend

Great fish sandwich & tasty fried shrimp (their ‘Tackle Box’)! Service was good but a small language problem made for a minor problem when ordering. Atmosphere was ok too (it’s a ‘fast food’ restaurant!).
