DON’T ORDER ONLINE! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and trusted they would at least try to fill the burrito bowl as much as they SHOULD.
But no, this is just a rip off for the price you order, and considering I ordered the exact same thing before elsewhere, and had way more.

Rude store manager & absolute worst experience. I ordered a take-out. They prepped the food throwing food into the container. The portion was below minimal. One spoon of rice, one spoon of meat (3-4 pieces), not even half full. When I came up and opened the lid, the cheese looks like noodle pieces because there weren’t enough. I went back asked for the manager and refund, he scoffed at me telling me to instead contact Chipotle Customer Service. I’m not going back here again. Waste of $20 and time eating here.

I had an incredible experience at Chipotle thanks to Jessica! She’s easily one of the most professional and efficient workers I’ve ever encountered at any Chipotle. As someone who truly appreciates efficiency, I was blown away by how quickly and accurately she handled everything, all while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. When I complimented her on how well she worked, she humbly said, “This is how they train us to be.” That level of pride and professionalism says a lot about both Jessica and the culture at this Chipotle. She made the entire visit enjoyable, and I left genuinely impressed. Chipotle is fortunate to have her!

Every time we want to grab lunch, we opt for a to-go order from Chipotle at Woodbury Town Center. Their chicken and steak bowls are our choices. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for their rewards program.
This time, I used my points to redeem two bowls of smoked brisket. It was a limited-time offering and was a bit spicy, but my wife was very impressed with the flavor when we dined in. I hope they can offer a non-spicy option in the future.
Overall, it’s a great experience and hopefully Chipotle can promote the new product often.

I ordered for pick up but seriously there’s less than 10pcs of chicken, black beans I can barely see and just full of rice. They even forgot my lettuce. I dont know how far this will go but one day I’ll have to satisfy with a couple pieces of chicken and pay 15 bucks for it soon
