What a great little coffee shop! Love it! Bought an iced matcha latte (their matcha is unsweetened) which is exactly what I wanted. It was not expensive at all unlike many other coffee shops that sell matcha and especially if you want to add oat milk, it’s always an add. There was no added cost here and device was super fat! Highly recommend.

Visiting from out of state and this is an adorable coffee shop. The songbyrd chai is fantastic, we all ended up ordering two drinks because it was so tasty! Pretty florals and decor as well as a very nice owner.

Best latte in Poulsbo! Coffee and tea is amazing and such a cute little cut out down town. It’s a bit pricey but worth it every now and again. It’s a great local gem.

By far one of the more surprising coffee experiences I have had in WA.
This is my first time visiting Poulsbo and on the way out I saw Byrdie’s coffee; I fell in love with the hole in the wall aesthetic, it reminds me of the McDonalds in downtown Seattle but, you know, actual food and good coffee are in its place
Anyways, I got a coffee with a honey flavor in it and I don’t remember it’s name sadly but I will definitely return to this spot on my next Poulsbo visit.
I usually have these giant paragraphs and in detail notes for coffee and cafe spots but for Byrdie’s Coffee it just comes down to three things: Quality, Kindness & Cute dog designs!

I had an amazing iced Americano here today. So good in fact I had to turn around and add another tip lol. I’m a little high maintenance, I like a lot of ice and a bit of cream with some flavor. Not much water. They have pebble ice! And rose flavor! I was in heaven. The coffee had a good flavor, not bitter. The woman working was really nice about it and we chatted a bit. She was quick and kind and I’m glad I stopped by!

Byrdie’s is the best coffee I’ve tried in Poulsbo!! I work above their coffee stand so I frequently run downstairs to grab one of their delicious drinks. I love to try something new every time because they have so many original options, even a mushroom coffee which is SO good. Every drink I’ve tried is amazing, I simply cannot choose a favorite! Oh, and they’re always stocked with the cutest hoodies, T-shirts, hats, gorgeous bouquets, yummy candles, and more. Highly recommend.

The Old Kentucky maple spiced chai was one of the best chai’s I’ve had in a long time It was so good, I thought about going back for another one as soon as I finished the first. This is an adorable spot and has delicious drinks!

Cute shop, very poorly done cappuccino. No presence of that beautifully steamed foam you want in a cappuccino. My wife’s drink was also really bad she ended up throwing it away.
