Hubby and I came in today around 2:15, our food was good. The service was good from the cashier he made great recommendations. We thank him for them. The atmosphere gets a one star due to how nasty the restaurant floors and tables were you be the judge. Management please see that the floors and tables are cleaned at all times, when customers see this we think that the food could possibly be contaminated as well. Know better do better

I am very impressed with the customer service at this Panera. My food came out quick during lunchtime at 11:AM. The manager asked if I needed anything,. I asked for butter, he offered a knife and the crew asked if I wanted plastic or metal. I always get metal but I always have to ask, not here. I was gonna ask for a water cup, but they were right by the pick up counter. Great team, management and food. My only constructive criticism would be to improve the floor cleanliness. Aside from that…great experience.

Please fire whoever does inventory at this location, or teach them how to do it better.

It is ridiculous how consistently this location runs out of bread bowls by dinner time.

Make. More. Bread. Bowls.

If you are consistently running out, that generally means it’s in high demand, so you need to reevaluate how many you prepare every morning.

If you don’t know how to run that part of a business, kindly put someone else in charge.

Every time I come to this location it’s ALWAYS SUPER SLOW even when it’s not busy. All I order is soup. This time I didn’t get the bread that comes with it. Told the drive through attendee and she took a long time to get the bread, and it was hard as a rock. Not only that but, the driver through attendee hands me my bread through the window in her hand, no napkin no little bag no nothing. She had a glove on but she was touching everything with that glove then touches my bread. She apologized realizing how bad it looks, but It’s a shame she didn’t think to do that for a customer. My soup was not that warm cheese not even melted.. so that means the soup was already ready so what took so long?? The service is super bad and super slow!!! I love Panera but this location is really really AWFUL!!

I have come to this location several times, and when I mean several it’s 10-12 times a month. I’m really disappointed because they have NEVER gotten my order right. I always order the same thing. A pick 2, an apple fuji salad and a broccoli n cheddar soup. I always pay extra for avocado and an extra portion of chicken. Welp, needless to say whether I go through the drive thru, order on line or at the counter they NEVER give me my extra portion that I pd for! I have had to go back after I have left and have them fix it. Today I re confirmed with the girl that made the salad to add those 2 things. When she gave me the bag I checked and it did not look like the extra portions were added. I asked her “where is the extra chicken”? Her response was “it’s in there” with a terrible attitude! Then she added, “and the extra avocado”. So I left. When I got home about 10 min away and got ready to eat my food….guess what NO EXTRA CHICKEN & NO EXTRA AVACODO!!! This is every time! On top of that they are slow as molasses even when the place is empty. they have you waiting forever. The customer service is weak and the workers look like they don’t want to be there. It’s unfortunate that I like Panera but this location really leaves a lot to be desired. I really hope a manager or corporate headquarters reads this and does something about it. Mind you the receipt does say at the top…”Accuracy MATTERS. Your order should be correct every time. If it’s not, we will fix it right away and give you a free treat for your trouble, just let an associate know”. I’m letting the world know!

Ordered chicken bacon rancher and one half had almost nothing in it. The side selections suck. The girl that took our order was a sweet heart but the three people where you pick up the food were loud and obviously not paying attention as they made the food. No I didn’t complain about it as I did not want to deal with the attitude from the employees and the eye rolling from the management that obviously didn’t care if the food was made correctly.

Took awhile before anyone noticed me at the counter . Once they discovered me it was all 5 star service from that point on from 4 different employees. Each whom helped me in one way or another from using the app to place the order to getting me the extra side of Mayo as I was leaving. Clean, quick, fresh food. I got the bogo5 special in the app. And a free Danish with my order. I love that! Chicken Avo sandwich usually never disappoints. This time it had several pieces of grisly chicken. I was so caught off guard and grossed out by it. Stopped eating until i could pick them out. The cranberry chicken salad was yummy. It’s a limited time item so get it now!
With so many people ordering in the app or on kiosk ipads it’s so hard to get the good old fashioned customer service greeting as you walk in the door nowadays. This would be a5 star review had that happened. Thanks guys.. I’ll be back. #youshouldbehere

We recently tried Panera’s new fall menu and were pleasantly surprised by the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. The generous portion of tender chicken and crisp apple slices was a refreshing combination. While the Chicken Bacon Rancher was a bit underwhelming, lacking the punch of flavor we anticipated, the complimentary chips and baguette were a nice touch. Overall, the fast delivery and friendly driver made for a satisfying experience.
