I drove all the way from across town to get chicken and made it back home my entire order was wrong. I will not be going back! If you don’t know the difference between tenders and a leg, it’s time to hang up the towel! This location needs better management! Then I get back up there and have to wait on my tenders

This place is confusing, show up make online order, see dude come out and hand other orders out, stop at the door and yell at us “y’all need something?” then go inside and lock the door, got told by another customer that we had to go thru drive thru, where he tells us wait 5 min and he’ll bring it out, 20 minutes goes by and he comes out and tells us he’s outta gravy and tea, so we wait another 10 plus minutes before dude comes back out with our order…. Biscuits were fire, rest was subpar at best. Got new-ish chicken and like 11 French fries after waiting 35 minutes and watching 20+ cars come and go. -3/10. Smh.

The order was incomplete, with the 3-piece taking only a couple of minutes while the 5-piece took a lengthy 30 minutes. The male employees, including the manager, displayed a lack of urgency in attending to orders and the register, while the lone woman demonstrated a strong work ethic. Their focus on closing tasks seemed to overshadow customer orders, and the drink machine was also lacking ice. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this establishment.

Although we had to wait a while for our order, everything was fresh and hot! The guy who worked inside apologized for taking so long. They forgot our biscuits with the order, but it was okay.

We were passing through leaving Texas going back to Georgia and we stopped there. I went through the drive thru and my sister and her boyfriend went inside. The customer service for me was ok. But the food was not good at all. I ordered the chicken strips combo. The only thing that was decent was the fries. The biscuit didn’t even taste like it usually does. Now the tenders were disgusting!!!!! They had a weird smell and they weren’t cooked thoroughly. I’m so glad I will never have to eat there again. Oh the area is so tight it’s hard to park or even go through the drive thru
