The McAlister’s on Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL gave us exceptional service. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests. They checked on us throughout our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious! Nevaeh is a greater worker! We will definitely stop back when we are in town.

Had a long wait time for my to-go order. The staff were very apologetic and gave me a free cookie. The mac n cheese was so fresh! Sandwich was good but they didn’t toast the bread which I’m guessing is because my order was so delayed. But I would’ve waited for the toasted bread. Makes the grilled chicken club so much better.

Not busy, as there were zero other customers. Order on outside of wrapped sandwiches were correct however the sandwiches were made completely incorrect when opened and had already left the resturant. They forgot part of the order and had to go back in for missing items.

Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry! We arrived at noon, placed our tableside order in the app at 12:13pm, and didn’t get food until 12:45pm! The app said we would expect our order at our table by 12:30, I was getting skeptical by 12:35 when no one had even come by, and when they served not 1 but 2 tables that ordered at the counter AFTER we placed our tableside app order I said something. They “got the tickets mixed up” in a restaurant that was 90% empty, but our ticket would have generated before the other 2 tables walked in?? No apology, nothing, and turns out I paid an extra $1 fee for using the app! Ridiculous. I’ll be avoiding this McAllisters going forward.

We ordered this via app for pick up. After picking it up at the appointed time and taking it back to a hotel two minutes away, the food was tepid in temperature, at best; half of the sides were not present; one drink out of two was not there; the other drinks were not as ordered.
I don’t expect much when ordering fast food, however, I expect the order to be correct, as it costs an arm and a leg for mediocre fare.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Jeremiah has been my cashier several times and he was kind and helpful. Great food and service. The location used to be known for extremely long wait times but that has gotten much better recently.
