I literally hate this place, do not come here. I have come here so many times with my toddler and they ignore us in the ice cream side and take multiple sandwich customers before helping a child! She is calm, she is quiet, we wait our turn, and they have served a sandwich customers That have come in after us multiple times now, I have never been able to eat this stupid ice cream because this place sucks so bad

The clam chowder was really good. The customer service from Ashley T was excellent now the young lady that didn’t speak English very well kind of made it disappointing to go back and get more clam chowder for my family. I called to simply ask what is the latest I can come to order more clam chowder And she began to tell me the managers name and I can come right now and she didn’t understand what I was saying so I just think that when hiring people they need to always have someone available that can speak English for costumer’s that primary language is,

I ordered a Gourmet chocolate waffle.
I got a pre-packaged microwaved chocolate waffle. I asked if they used homemade whipped cream, and she assured me that yes it was homemade and proceeded to use a commercial canned whipped cream. 2 small strawberries. They charged me $8 for this. I expected a fresh homemade waffle. 🙁
