I have complained about this location Almaville Rd once before but I thought I would give it another try thinking maybe they had hired atleast a little more competent people I am not sure what it is about this location. My order is never right. We ordered the smokehouse brisket with no barbecue sauce. not only do they put sauce on it but they give us extra we ordered a diet Dr Pepper and. regular Coke. we received a cherry something not sure if it was coke or what and they gave us no Diet Dr Pepper and since my husband is Diabetic we had to dump everything just to be sure. this is their last chance. we will never go here again

This place is always slow, and the food is hit and miss. I told myself not to eat here anymore, but I was starving after getting off of work a couple of days ago. I ate an half pound roast beef meal, and got the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. I knew the meat didn’t seem cooked right, but I ate it anyway. An hour after eating I became seriously ill. I was up all night sick, and had to miss work. I will never go back here again.

Food was good and the staff was friendly, my only downside is you can miss the resturant if your not carful (I did) there is no big Arby’s sign on street it’s just tucked in a small shopping center.

This particular location really needs new leadership. I waited 25 minutes in the lobby for two roast beef sandwiches, a French dip and two large curly fries. Additionally, there was only one other customer at this location at the same time. Another customer came in and was denied any roast beef products because they ran out. That customer left. At this point, I realized the general manager was present (I would’ve never figured this employee Stephanie was the GM). Another customer came in about 10 minutes later and was told it would be a few minutes because roast beef was being prepped. My sandwiches were finally complete and they let me know. I go up and there’s no fries. They asked me what I needed and I told Stephanie the two large curly fries. She forgot and made them, except it took another 15 minutes. My sandwiches had a bunch of condensation in the box at this point and the buns were soggy. Not a great experience all of the way around. I’m in management myself and really couldn’t understand why the operations weren’t seamless at this location. There’s failure at multiple levels and I didn’t suspect the general manager was actually that until I seen her name on the door, yet she was out mopping the floor while all of these issues were going on while the other employees kept asking for her help for every little thing. This was just really wild. Good leadership could have this location up to standard within a few days. I was just watching all of this unfold in amazement. I’ll always go to Arby’s, just not at this location anymore.

Ordered two roast beef sandwiches, both with curly fries and 3 chicken tenders. Took over 15 minutes to get my meal. They had one customer waiting inside the lobby. The girl at the window was very impersonal and had an earbud in her ear and I tried to be nice and ask how her evening was going and got no response. This location used to be so good and now I would go out of my way to go to any other location to avoid the failure of customer service that is at this store. Do better!

This is sad. I normally love Abry’s, despite the current memes. But today, most of my food was fried, and they used really, really old oil. Like at least 4 days. My ham and cheese was good! But let’s face it, it’s cooked by chef mike. I don’t have a problem with that, but if you serve me 6 tater cakes cooked in really old oil, you’re on the list

Decided to try their delivery. Package dropped of was missing a food item. Package was closed with sticker so I could see it was not opened since leaving the store. Called the store back to get a refund for the item that was missing. They said they would refund the money but never did. Will not use their delivery service again and will try to go to other Arbys in the future.

Probably the best Arby’s we’ve stopped at. The whole place, including the bathrooms, were very clean. The food tasted fresher than most (the fries didn’t seem as if they’d been sitting around). We’d stop here again!
