Frequent customer to this specific location. Consistent service, friendly and very helpful staff. They will answer the phone and assist with orders and deliveries. Very accommodating and drivers always professional. I order primarily through UberEats but have visited drive-thru. I appreciate late night hour accommodation. Location is convenient to RT. 66, I-91 N and S, and Rt. 15 Merritt.

Since they opened this location its always cold inside today we checked the temperature as we sat to eat and it was 45 degrees, its always the same dont nobody wanna seat in a restaurant and have boogers dripping from the temperature. Also theres never chicken done they wanna ask you if you wanna wait 30 minutes night crew really dont think people come to eat so they dont cook them unless anyone there. Literally we was 6 people waiting there for 30 minutes plus. The bathrooms are a joke we dont even use them when we go its so dirty that it looks like a Train station bathroom theres poop everywhere no soap and the toilet paper all over the place. I love popeyes but this is my last time coming here.

The pie was only strawberry and they told me that once they fried them they don’t know if they have cheese or not. The manager needs the be retrained or removed! She refused to say her name. I’ve been home in CT visiting family for the last couple of weeks. The wings have me in a chokehold and I would like to be released! Lol Last week I ordered a mango ice tea, honey BBQ wings combo, and a strawberry biscuit. I was not happy with the biscuit as it was dry, hard, and did not have icing as pictured. The fries got cold quickly. I think they were warm, not hot to begin with. The tea and wings were good. I came back yesterday to order the sweet ‘n spicy wings. They were sooo good that I returned today and ordered the sweet ‘n spicy and honey BBQ wings. They have the perfect amount of sauce and crunch. The honey BBQ is actually spicier than the sweet ‘n spicy to me. The sweet ‘n spicy reminds me of Thai chili sauce. Bleu cheese instead of ranch would be awesome. I do not use the ranch that they put in my bag, but just having the option is helpful. The wings are always hot and fresh.

I placed an app order at 8:30pm on 11/3/2025. When I arrived, I was told it was still being prepared. No problem, I placed the order after I parked. I used the restroom, it was clean enough. I took a seat and wait, table was clean. I was expected to be called, instead, the girl with the glasses brought the order to me. I was very surprised, because only Chick-fil-A does that. 2 thumbs up!!! Only slight complaint was the fry, the oil could be more fresh.

The manager is doing an exceptional job, as evidenced by the consistently clean environment. Additionally, the food is not greasy, which is a great improvement. Observing the environment, it’s evident that the team is a cohesive and collaborative group.

Ordered late around 1am for pick up. Got there and spent 20 minutes at the drive thru ibtercom tryibg to get soneone to respond. Finally drove round to the pick up window to be seen amd ignored. Eventually name taken food handed. Upon return to my hotel i realize i was given 6 nugget size ‘strips’ that are dry as jerky. This is a horrible location. Go anywhere else

Unless you ask for ketchup, you will not be receiving it. Perhaps it is foolish of me to assume I would get ketchup when I order fries, but if you don’t ask they won’t put it in the bag.
I could handle just this annoyance – but they also frequently get your order wrong. Items will be missing or simply incorrect. I am writing this, looking at the mac and cheese I was given as a side instead of the fries I verbally asked for.
Thankfully there are multiple fast food places on the same street, so my ability to get a convenient meal on my way home won’t be interrupted now that I’m done spending money here.
