Can’t recommend the Sapphire Spoon Sisters enough! I hired them to cater a summer garden party in my home and they were wonderful. I had a lot of specific ideas and requests and they went above and beyond! Everything was perfect and they were so sweet to work with and have in my home. Their flavor profile is excellent. Everyone enjoyed the food and the presentation. Thank you ladies SO much!!

I was only in town for a day, but I wish I lived closer so I could come here every day! I was staying in the building so was able to stop by twice for a specialty coffee & bagel sandwich for breakfast and later for a refresher before heading to the airport.
Both times I was impressed with the quality, flavor, and service. I will DREAM of my bagel sandwich & crave the refresher. The recipes are not what you’ll find at your typical spot, so both visits I asked for their top sellers/personal recommendations and I was truly blown away. Just wow.
I learned that two sisters own this spot & just celebrated 1 year of business, so please support this local family operated spot. They even have wifi and plenty of cozy corners to work or study. It’s so worth it!

I Loooove Sapphire Spoon! These girls are amazing!! Food and drinks are always perfect!!! The charcuterie boxes and private catering services are the best I’ve had! 12/10 if you are in Bozeman you need to make this a stop and if you are looking for someone to spice up your parties or dinner events contact them!!

Plenty of space to chill and get some work done, with free wifi and second floor seating.
Google might take you to the front of the building where the parking is a bit limited, but there’s much more parking around the back side of the building (north side). You can enter on either side of the building, and the cafe is located in a main atrium, very easy to find.

I’ve had most the sandwiches here and you honestly can’t go wrong with any of them. I tried the Ri-Man the other day with a tomato basil soup and it’s my new go too. Pastries are pretty great as well! And if you’re a latte fan the fruity pebble latte is incredible. My new favorite breakfast spot in town!

Sapphire Spoon is the best “hidden” gem in Bozeman! I’ve lived here 6 years and have been not-so patiently awaiting a coffee/sandwich shop like this to open! In proper Bozeman fashion, it is family (sister) owned and operated. The chef Lynsey is simply amazing at what she does and has curated the best breakfast-lunch-pastry menu in the area. Logan is just a doll and will whip up the most delicious drinks with a smile. I’m thrilled that these sisters are running the place, and cannot recommend Sapphire Spoon enough! Located IN the lobby of Aspen Crossing (between the Ponderosa and Bourbon BBQ).

Best play for soups, salads, and sandwiches in Bozeman. Cozy, homemade food. Great place to meet someone or do some remote work. And you can grab a beer from Bourbon next door and bring it over.
