Only 2 tables with customers, none of them were served, we waited to be seated for 12 minutes before cleaning off our own table to sit at and NONE of us were ever approached for orders!!!
One person working the entire place and only drive-thru patrons were being helped.

Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru for 3 sandwiches. They were all disappointing. Especially disappointed in the Royale burger. Supposed to have a fried egg on it but this steak n shake can never achieve that goal. The jalapeno crunch had no crunch and was cold, and the Frisco melt all of the sauce was in just one place and the “toasting” job on the bread was non existent

So we there around midnight and there were only two other tables. We waited only a short time for the waiter who was actually really nice and even got hats and coloring stuff for my kids which the server did not get. The reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it is one of the more run down steak and shakes I have been too and I understand it is an older building but maintenance and routine cleaning should be done regardless. The bathrooms were greasy along with the walls in the dining room as though they have just mopped the floor and cleaned nothing else. The food was good and my burger was right and not greasy so the condition of the location was a lot down

Went to Milford location for lunch. Ended up walking out. Stood waiting to be sat for two minutes with no one in front of us as employees stared and didn’t move. Waitress that finally sat us didn’t say a word other than “follow me”, she than proceeded to dump the menus on the table and walk away without saying anything, extremely rude and looked like it was a burden to sit us. Our waitress was nice, no complaints. One of the cooks in the back were yelling at the top of his lungs
from the moment we got there to the moment we left from being drove to the point of insanity. We ended up leaving from the cook yelling so loud the whole restaurant were turning heads from being uncomfortable and bothered from it. If I could I would rate this location a 0/10. I do not recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Went late night for a shake while out and about. Hadn’t been there in ages and was surprised at all the different flavors to choose from plus the seasonal flavors. Literally took 5 min to decide on a flavor. The girl taking our order was patient, and nice. The shakes hit the spot.

The wait was long to get seated, then long to get order taken, then long to get food. My bread on my Frisco melt was bigger then my meat and cheese. My fries were just warm, not hot. The winning area was a mess when we arrived and there only seemed to be two people working the dine in floor. The managers never even came out to see how people were doing.

Always enjoy eating here, either for lunch or late night after a long night of adult beverages. Yea a complaint most people have is slow service late at night but its hard to determine on how busy it will be that late at night. Never had a problem with slow service during lunch or dinner hours. FYI go during lunch and ask for April. She is a great server!

Horrible service every time. Stood at the front of the place waiting to be acknowledged for 10min. Before we decided to go elsewhere. Not one person said, we will be with you shortly. Just avoided eye contact with us. This is the second time we have walked out of there for the same reason which happened earlier this year.
Not to mention the place is disgusting. There is always food all over the floor and in the cracks of the booths. The restroom it’s self should get the place shut down absolutely disgusting! I will be contacting a franchise owner or manager regarding our most recent experience. Highly recommend that you choose any other restaurant in the area.
