Listen!!! When I tell you the owner and manager of the Subway at this location went above and beyond to accommodate a small mistake !
So I ordered a Subway Sandwich Tray on Sunday the manager took my order very nice with great customer service, the pickup was for Tuesday at 10am.
On the day of my pickup the manager and I get there at the same time and she greets me only to realize my order had not been made!
She jumped right in and apologized and started helping make my order on the spot! The owner comes in and greets me and finds out my order was not made, he was so very apologetic and I told him that it’s okay I set the time an hour ahead just in case.
The owner stood with me and we had a great conversation as the manager and other employees made my order within 10 minutes with a dozen cookies for free!
This is what put it over the top….the owner carried my order to my car in the rain!!!! Without an umbrella! I had to thank God for them and how they blessed me!
Subway shouts out to this amazing staff at this location….Job well done please recognize them!

Got home to find both of my sandwiches are mostly bread, wasn’t very toasted, used very little toppings. Asked multiple times for more and more. Will not be back to this location.

Worst sub ever. The vegetables wasn’t fresh when asked about fresh putting out fresh vegetables the preparer said the vegetables came in a bag. The banana peppers were near brown and not bright yellow like they weee suppose to be. And it tastes awful. Will not be going back.

Very disappointed! Used to be my favorite Subway, but I couldn’t get it my way this week. Ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub as I have for years, but they put rotisserie chicken on it instead of the usual grilled chicken. When I asked for the grilled chicken instead, they said the menu had changed and they would have to charge me more to put grilled chicken on it instead of rotisserie chicken. Made no sense to me why they couldn’t just put the grilled chicken on as I asked without an additional charge. So, I made my way out of the store and will not be back!

Been going to this location for a while and up until now it has been good. My last 2 visits have been unpleasant. The new black girl they have working there has no respect for customers or their food. She has had a clear attitude my last 2 visits to all customers. If you don’t want to work then stay home.

I had a six in Philly he had a footlong teriyaki chicken which he couldn’t finish.

The food quality was terrible. All of the veggies were old, the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes tasted rotten. The only “fresh” veggies were the cumbers. Aside from that the restaurant had a lot of flies and gnats flying around while people were eating.
