I have only experienced two terrible experiences at a Starbucks in my life and this was at the São Paulo international airport and at this restaurant. I ordered a caramel macchiato and it tasted like it was watered down or just incredibly weak. My wife ordered a latte and it tasted like it had more milk than actual expresso. It was surprisingly bad. The staff took forever to open the window to confirm the order and to collect the payment. I had to honk my horn to complain about the drink because she was so fast at moving to the next order. She did replace the drinks and it tasted substantially better, but it was made so quickly that it left me confused on how did they made the first batch so bad? Something needs to look closer at what’s going on at this Starbucks.

The coffee I ordered was very good, but the service was so bad, that I have to give the overall experience one star. I wish this Starbucks was better. It’s on my way between Berryville and Frederick Maryland, so it’s a convenient place to stop. Starbucks, because of the price, is a treat. But this location is never a treat. I’ve not had a good experience one time out of probably seven times over the past year or so. The flip side of this is that I can’t recall a bad experience at any other Starbucks over the two decades I’ve been visiting them. The breaking point was on October 4th, early in the morning. I stopped in. Ordered a simple drink (a tall mocha, hot) and waited. There were four people working. None of them made eye contact except for the young lady who took my order, and she barely spoke or made eye contact either.
I moved down the counter to wait on my order, and stood for close to ten minutes. I was tired and checking messages on my phone, and trying not to be impatient so I let a lot of time pass. One person came through the Drive-Thru while I was there. They made that order and the person left. The employees all just milled around and were not working on any drink, so I realized something was wrong and asked about my order. The young lady pointed down the counter (not where orders are picked up) and I found it oddly placed, all alone and waiting to be claimed. I said, “Did I miss you guys calling my name?” I was actually hoping I did. But she said, “I don’t think so,” and turned her back on me.
So for me, I won’t go here again, and I hope Corporate (if they have any control) can step in and fix this blight on the list of great Starbucks across the country.

This Starbucks store is one of the cleanest best looking stores I’ve ever seen. The employees are very nice and polite. The drinks and the food come out phenomenal and fast, my favorite drink for the holidays is caramel Brulé and it’s always done Perfect the manager is very nice,also hard-working never seen a manager work as hard always out on the floor helping customers

This is one of the worst Starbucks where I’ve ever been to. They don’t really like to call out your name. It’s not really clean. It is very hard to stand in line when there’s boxes everywhere and I don’t expect a smile, but I expect a certain people skills when you’re working somewhere it seems like they hire people based on lack of people skills And if they can make it so customers don’t wanna be there. yes, I’ve worked retail. So I know it’s not fun but it’s literally like every time I come in here.

The baristas are polite. They do not have any Starbucks Been There Mugs if you are looking. Dining in is not allowed but can walk in to order and pick up. It has a patio, if you want to sit out there… in the cold . Drive thru is open. There seems to be A LOT of Ice in venti green tea lemonade.

Came in here looking for the Been there series mug, which was not available- bummer! But we ended up getting some drinks and a cake pop for my son.
Service was friendly. Restroom were clean. I loved the layout of this Starbucks. Very spacious and lots of seating if one needs to come work or just hand out with friends.

An employed jumped in front of line to purchase Hello Kitty merchandise. With the exception of maybe one or two baristas the employees at this location are very rude and unprofessional compared to surrounding locations.
