Placed my order while still at work, scheduled for 8pm, about 30 minutes later my phone rings and they tell me that they are outside with the order. I wasn’t home but thankfully my wife was, but he was trying to force her to come outside to his car and get everything herself and I had to tell him to take it to the door, he was totally disrespectful and rude and really shouldn’t be working with the public if he doesn’t know how to be polite, the whole ordeal was a total mess and made the company name look really bad, horrible customer service and I am super disappointed, shame on you Sir!!!!!

Would leave a zero rating of possible. Do not use your debit/credit card here! Individual called my son and said the card was declined and asked for my son’s card information, even though the transaction went through. My son gave it to them, not thinking anything of it, and now his card is repeatedly being charged from other businesses! Thankfully I froze his card, so that money was not drained from his accounts.
Upon googling Papa John’s and fraudulent card issues, this is NOT a uncommon occurrence!
Issued a new card, filing disputes with the bank, and will be filing charges against the man who did this to my kid. 19 years old, and while this is a learning moment for him, he works FAR harder than the scum who TRIED to steal his hard earned money and FAILED.
NEVER order from here!

We ordered two $10 large pizzas, one with 4 extra topping for $2 each topping. So they added the different topping but they gave me a very small amount of each topping. The single peperoni pizza had 4 times the amount of peperoni as the multiple topping pizza did. The anchovies were one piece per slice and you cant even taste them. This was a total rip off. If you are going to charge $2 extra for extra toppings you should give full size topping, not 20% of the ordinary toppings amount. I paid $8 extra and got the same amount of meat of a regular one topping pizza had.

Thankful that Papa Johns is close by now- missed their garlic butter sauce! Called to place an order for pick up and there was a bit of a wait when I arrived, which wasn’t a big deal ‘cause I wasn’t in a huge rush. The cashier notified me that it was just gonna be 5-7 minutes and apologized for the wait. Friendly guy! They have been slammed since opening and are a little short staffed (who isn’t, these days?!), so give them a break. My pizza was still nice and hot when I got home- delicious!!

Tonight we witnessed a papa John’s delivery driver probably driving 55 miles an hour in my residential south Windsor neighborhood. Kids were everywhere trick or treating and I watched him put multiple children in danger. The “manager” Sam then refused to give us any answers on how he was planning on handling. We called SW police. TAKE THE MAN DRIVING the man in the dark silver Nissan Sentra OFF THE ROADS.

These kids do a super job! The pizza was prepared & cooked perfectly, & it was delicious! It was on time & ready to pickup. In regards to the bad reviews I see here, honestly people, get over yourselves. Just because your breadsticks were cold or you happened to get a young counter person who is training & messed up your order, it surely isn’t the end of the world. Also, if you’re that scared about germs, & covid, please do the world a favor & stay home, nobody needs your hysterical, negative vibes. This location makes great pizza & I would go back for more.

To the people who are giving one stars you must of never worked in this business before on a holiday. Brand new employees with a new store learning their way. My order was late as well but customer service was great. If you don’t have the patience to wait for some things, you shouldn’t order food to go. It’s a luxury to have these items patience is a virtue. They did a great job with what was handed to them. Have some grace!

Waited over an hour for a pizza..mind you 2 other papa John’s have opened and closed in this area over the past few years and this one seems to be on track to the same! One teenage boy behind the counter working to death trying to take care of the customers in front of him and answer 2 phones! And take orders. One girl just causally standing behind the counter folding boxes at a leisurely pace while the kid was dealing with everything else. The manager just walking around by the oven and occasionally handing out an order. This was insane ! Finally the pizza….i get home and hope the pizza was worth the wait…NO! Soggy and cold! God knows how long it sat on the shelf before the kid called it out..the boneless wings are a joke, glorified barely sauced nuggets…get the from Wendy’s it’s faster! While the stuffed crust was decent, it’s def not worth over an hour long wait!
