I travel all over Europe and I always look out for an indian restuarant. The food we had at Hola India was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in an indian restaurant. The food was exeptional and I highly recommend this establishment. I cannot rate it highly enough! *Fir Scots traveling to Salamanca you can take my word for it – not to be missed 🙂

Last minute need for a change from Spanish and Portuguese fare for the last 3 weeks so am Indian was called for. Lo and behold it was just 2 minutes from our hotel in Central Salamanca. Welcome wasn’t great to be honest, but it warmed up a tad. Good was fine, though could have done with (in our opinion) a trifle more draining. Salad accompanying the starters was passed it’s best guys, so could do better there, but flavoursome and a welcome change. Not huge amounts of meat within the curries chosen to be honest, but just enough. Total bill, 2 courses, 3 regular beers €52 and was ample.

Great food, not shy on spicey hot which is a good thing. Really enjoyed the atmosphere sitting on the outside seats. Restaurant interior looked clean and nice design. I eat curry all over the world and this was very good, excellent tender lamb.

We need a break from all the pasta , pizza and European food . This is such a great dinner . Excellent food . We definitely order too much for 2 people .
