My biggest complaint is the food quality. The chicken is often wilted and the vegitables used are not fresh. I remember years ago when the quality of food was a whole lot better. The chicken was juicier and crispier. They were not wilted into basically nothing. The vegetables used, used to be crispier and fresh. I would rather wait for quality than to have food rushed soo quickly that it ruins the taste of what I am wanting to purchase. The food is far too expensive for what the food actually is.

This place is the worst fast food place in Walla Walla. We order Door Dash frequently and they never include the correct sauces we pay for or don’t put any sauce at all. The drinks are almost always wrong. I’m getting refunds from Door Dash every order.

I ordered some cheese curds and was told it would be a 5 minute wait. After waiting 15 minutes outside, I figured they may have forgotten about the order, so I went inside. It was a crew of young men who were extremely apologetic and offered more food and a refund. I told them no need for that, just prepare the cheese curds. They brought out more food and again apologized. They were extremely sweet. Accidents happen, but these kids handled it so well.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience and the chicken was raw and bloody all inside. We didn’t realize until we got back home about 20min later and went to eat. The manager didn’t seem surprised or sympathetic at all and only offered to remake the meal next time. However it is very hard to trust to eat there again once you get raw and bloody food and risk possible food poisoning.

Probably the worst meal I’ve ever had here. Haven’t been here in a year or so, and I’m not coming back. The person that took my order was pleasant, but the supervisor that handed me a napkin when I asked for one (the dispenser was empty, even after I ate) acted put out that I asked. Burger wasn’t good and the onion rings were way overcooked.
