Xantolo Taqueria always caters to our residents and staff at Birch Creek Post Acute and Rehabilitation. (Updated to 5 stars) Excellent service. The consomme was so good we basically drank it when done with our food. There is a covered area to sit. The truck looks new and clean.
We got two quesabirria plates, 2 Jarritos and a tacos dorados appetizer. Everything was $67, which is painful for taco truck food but that’s the price of everything everywhere these days. And to be honest, the food quality is so good…like restaurant quality. They threw in an horchata as a gesture and brought the food to us which was great service.
My only critique is the beans and rice portion is too small.

This is not cheap Mexican food! But it’s worth every penny! Don’t expect run of the mill, lack of quality, fast Mexican food this is legit! The sopes, gorditas, and tortillas are not store bought they are fresh and you can taste the difference. Authentic is term that gets thrown around a lot for Mexican cuisine but this place holds that standard. Thank God I finally found some good Mexican food in Tacoma!

They just came and served food for our 120 guests celebrating our wedding. They did a wonderful job, the food was great, and everyone was so happy. Highly recommended! Come by here too early in the morning and always remembered this truck.
Finally got to stop by and had a special they had going on which was spicy pork or regular pork or chicken.

I almost didn’t stop because I didn’t see the truck until I’d almost passed, so I actually had to make a U turn for a late lunch. I’m so glad I did.
I had a carnitas tacos, a birria taco, a pork tamale, and horchata. Everything was so tasty and fresh. The carnitas was soft and flavorful. I really enjoyed the flavors in the birria. I think it’s my favorite birria taco I’ve had.
The horchata was homemade. It was refreshing. Thank you for the tasty meal!

Ordered 2 mulitas and 2 tacos of of tongue. The quality of the food was not good. The tongue had absolutely no flavor or taste, and the mulitas of asada barely had any meat. Also, ive never been to a place where the sauces were not good. No flavor or spice. I was given the food fairly quickly so part of me thinks it was meat that was pre cooked the day prior. I’ve heard good things about this place but was disappointed overall especially with the price.
