I don’t go to KFC often but decided to go there for dinner on Friday night. We had to pull up and wait on fresh fries and cheese curds which I don’t mind but it ended up taking 5 minutes and when we were brought our order it did not have my 2 piece chicken in it, it only had my sides of mac and cheese and a biscuit. Unfortunately I didn’t check the bag before our 20-minute drive home and so I wasn’t able to eat the expensive dinner I paid for. By the time I got my son settled and checked my bag they had already closed. Very upsetting and I won’t be back after this

Would give a worse review if I could the lady in the drive thru with red and brown hair is rude as hell I was trying to state my order and she said “got it” with a addititude then when I received my food the stuff she said was added wasn’t added and I didn’t receive it the store is also very dirty and not professional at all. Came back the next day to get my missing item never received them so I asked and they where rude and didn’t want to help

I ordered a 5 piece chicken meal online. When I got there he said there was a 7 min wait on an original leg or I could replace it with a crispy chicken leg. We replaced it which was ok. When I got home there were only 4 pieces of chicken. I called and they said they would give me an extra piece next time I go there. When I was almost done eating the crispy leg they had given me I found a long black hair in it. I was so disgusted I took it back to the restaurant! I’m not sure if I will be going back for a while or ever again.This so expensive. With the price of the food being so high they could at least do better!

Food was very fresh this round. And service has actually been amazing my last several visits. Compared to most fast food chains in Plymouth, this one definitely has it’s stuff together right now. And if you haven’t been here in awhile the, “5 Dollar Fill-Ups”, are the best deal.

The young lady who took my order was very patient and professional with me, I was grateful because it was a long work day for me. My food came out relatively quickly and the whole staff there was were pretty awesome. I would go there again if I wasn’t 100 miles from my home.

Recently, I had a 3-piece meal and very disappointed. They must have changed the ingredients and left out some spices. It’s no longer finger-licken good. They fry in vegetable oil now instead
of lard. You can’t even taste the spices anymore. Kroger deli chicken is sooo much better. I think I’ll try Popeyes when they open. I’m not optimistic, I’ve had LaPorte Popeyes once before.

After spending $13 and some change.. I felt like I had to leave this review.. I’m not sure if they change their recipe on their coleslaw but it was not good… I got all dark meat and the three thighs that I got.. were chickens that were obviously on diets. Very disappointed.
