Its been a while since we went to Burger King. We needed a quick burger today for lunch. Wife and I both had a whopper with cheese. It was excellent! The burger was fresh, condiments were perfect and we enjoyed our burgers. The drive-thru person was excellent. She spoke clear and got the order correct. Pickup was fast and the order was exact. Thank you Burfer King.

I ordered a Whopper Jr. earlier today, and this will be the first and last time I ever order from Burger King. My stomach started hurting immediately—I could barely finish it and ended up tossing the rest. What a joke… $9.43 for something so small and unsatisfying? I would’ve been way better off going to Five Guys—at least they’ve never upset my stomach. Save your money and your gut—don’t order here.

I went inside to order. Terrible experience. Ordering food is now done electronically and but from a person. What i wanted wasn’t on the electronic menue so I went to the register. NO ONE WAS THERE. I waited and waited. Finally I had to call out for someone. After a few minutes of calling out someone finally came to take my order.

15 mins for a single meal at 1:30pm on a Wednesday is inexcusable. This Burger King is short staffed and disappointing. Go to five guys next door if you’re able to wait 15 mins for fast food, at least the quality will be better for the wait.

Burger King always have good service except this one in Quakerbridge Road in Mercerville NJ with this sad and angry manager, she had a very bad service, I asked her for a water cup and she said don’t have it, you have to buy it’s not free, I never have a problem with Burger King before, but this girl definitely having a bad attitude. When you order some foods she have a long sad face, Very sad 🙁

I was charged 0.29 cents more for fake American cheese and 0.20 cents more for fake iceberg lettuce. This is a bad business and the reason why Americans are obese.
The curtesy cup of ice is a poor excuse of ethical conduct. Moreover, the ice melted as soon as I left the parking lot. Please fix your drive through screen for it’s been busted for over 2 years now.
The short woman at the window became seemingly irritable and did not once apologize for the poor service. Instead, she told me to move in spanish because I was holding up the line.
Do not go to this Burger King, they have poor ethical conduct. Very rude and disrespectful to people.

the food isn’t all that good anymore and gives me major stomachaches 5 minutes after eating on top of that the building stays extremely dirty and there’s only 2-3 workers who are all in the kitchen and no one’s cleaning the tables , i had to wipe down the chairs and dirty tables myself just to enjoy the meal with my family and even then i had lost my appetite. their soda machine is also just water tasting juice, definitely would not recommend this location for dine in to eat, they need better employees
