The staff here is lazy, slow and rude. They’ll make your drink wrong and then yell at you when you politely ask for them to fix it. Don’t go to this Dunkin if you want your order made correctly or if you expect good service. In particular, there is one young lady working here who has a very bad attitude and is extremely rude to customers. I asked her to fix my drink (that was made with the wrong vanilla added) and she snapped at me, went to “fix” it and shoved it back at me… and it was still wrong and she couldn’t care less and wouldn’t do anything about it. You will get terrible service here. Pick a different Dunkin!

I don’t know why I even bother going here even though it is at the end of my street. The staff is always rude, always openly complaining about coworkers, customers etc. I went there today when I usually go to another location that is over 2 miles away from me and got a coffee, a sandwich and hash browns. I asked at the drive thru for a cold foam cover because I had cold foam on my coffee, she gave me a med lid for a large coffee and I sat there waiting for someone to come back, 3 different people looked at me but never came back over. I got home and my hash browns as seen in the picture were a bag of pieces, not a single intact hash brown. Don’t bother going here unless you want to see/hear unhappy employees who don’t care about their jobs.

Took over 20 minutes in the drive thru window, was not offered a receipt. Was told “Sorry, we got a big food order” but if you knew that why didn’t you want us when we were first? There were at least four people working and for five full minutes nobody was on the line. Absolutely no hustle, either, just tepid performances all around. They even forgot our order after we paid! Don’t you have an order screen?! Disappointing and slack. Train your people better.

Today is Christmas Eve, ordered at 10:47AM. Everyone is already stressed out about the holidays but this visit just really made it worse. Went through the drive thru and tried to order a drink and the worker (Rachel) just answers “no”, “nope” “discontinued”. Instead of telling me from the start when I clearly had no idea anything was discontinued. I’ve worked at dunkin in the past and honestly the environment is just disrespectful and unprofessional.

They spend a lot of time talking and ignoring customers. They need more training on customer service .
They continue talking to each other then forget what you wanted and have to ask over again. I’ve been to this place many times and 70% of the time the service is horrible. With all the negative reviews, you would think the owner would retrain the staff. This is the last time I will stop at this particular DD. I think I will go to Cumberland farm instead for coffee. Its pretty good.

Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts this morning, ordered bacon avocado toast and it was so burnt it was absolutely inedible. By the time I opened it I was already at work so I couldn’t go back. I worked at a different Dunks location for over 6 years and this is unacceptable. Shame on whoever was working the sandwich station for actually thinking this was ok. I will drive out of my way to a different location before I ever go back there. There is obviously a reason for all the bad reviews this store gets

I was very disappointed with this location , I used to like coming here, I ordered a sandwich and it came out burnt, so I turned around and asked for a new one and they didn’t have more croissants, and then they didn’t have any more plain bagels.. and this was at 9am… I just wanted to eat a sandwich and I was starving :/
