My homegirl & I came here earlier this yr for drinks after work. Service was slow & bht the bartender we had was so good. Its been on our list to come back.
We finally got a chance to come back a few weeks ago. And our bud Josiah (not sure if i spelled it right) was working again.
He was the only bartender that night & the bar was full. Nethertheless he managed & made sure everyone was tended to.
*I ordered food & the runner dropped 1 of my 4 quesadillas & didnt say anything either. I had to let the bartender know & he got it squared away.
Now when we walked in there was a manager standing at the host stand with another employee. We wanted bar seating however there were several seats at the bar that needed to be cleared & cleaned. We walked up & the manager walked over briefly but did not make a move to help buss the tables to clear them for guest. Instead she handed out crayons & fundraiser coloring sheets to the pair sitting next to us. After the seat finally got cleared we sat & surely enough she came over to us with the crayons & sheets also. I expected a MANAGER to do better. Your staff is swapped, the restaurant looks a mess & guests are waiting. You are not above basic work. The ONLY reason I even consider coming back to this location is b/c of the bartender. He’s cool & personable especially after a long 12hr shift.

The service was fine.
The food is not fresh. For a watermelon drink, it’s just water & flavor syrup. I got enchilada soup, you can tell it’s can soup. Also the chocolate Mount with iced cream; the chocolate cake was too elastic.
At least my son’s burger was fine.
There were a bunch of kids just standing around, talking to each other.
The only one person in the whole restaurant taking responsibility was our waitress. She did an amazing job taking care of us.
The restaurant ran out of burgers, chicken wings, fajitas, & much more!!! They didn’t have half of the menu..

My husband and I went for lunch. We arrived around 11:30 and a young lady opened the door and greeted us with a big smile and we was seated quickly. Our waiter Kevin was professional, kind and attentive. We had a good time!!

This place was so disgusting I threw up only from eating a small mozzarella stick. My food wasn’t cooked all the way and I sent it back so I didn’t eat anything. The bathrooms were nasty me the service was extremely slow. I can’t believe so many people was at the restaurant that day. I will share photos so you be the judge of going to this place. I will say the server did apologize to me about the food. That’s the only thing good that happen while I was here. I would give this place a 0/10 and will never return. My salmon was barely cooked and my daughter didn’t enjoy her pasta.

Me and my girls were told that it works take an hour to an hour and a half to get a table, but food to go would take 20 minutes… Rashad at the 2 Go counter was the best… He’s super friendly and nice… The food came out quick and he made me and my girls feel better about the situation… Rashad is the best

On February 9, 2026 My family and I visited the Chili’s on 95th and Western around 8:30 PM, we were a party of 18. Our waiter Jaylen was magnificent!!!!! Jalen provided excellent customer service despite he had no help from the manager who was an African-American male with long dreads. My family was split into two tables. Jalen took the table I was sitting at orders first and then took table number two orders . Everyone at table number two receive their food first and everyone sitting at the table with me received their food about 15 minutes later with the exception of my boyfriend and myself. I received my food about 15 minutes after (4) people at my table had food. My boyfriend on the other hand, never received his food. The young man who was running the food, gave my boyfriends food to someone else at the table and ensure them it was theirs. We brought it to Jaylen’s attention and the manager did not want to remake my boyfriend‘s order. At this point, we were the only ones in the restaurant. Whenever Jaylen went to the back, we could see the manager in his face shaking his head as if Jalen had did something wrong. Jalen had did nothing wrong and it was the young man who was running the food who gave the wrong order to someone else. When Jaylen returned to the table, he did his best to camouflage how he was really feeling about the manager in his face, talking crap. The end result Is my boyfriend was never able to eat with us and they remade his food and sent it out to him in a to go container and bag. This was a very bad experience and I/we will NEVER visit this Chili’s location again. Jalen, we want you to know you are greatly appreciated and it was not your fault that the manager did not step up and provide assistance as he should have. The manager came to our table once, and that was to tell us we could not order any more alcohol due to the bar was closed. He never came to our table to apologize for the untimely delivery of our food and or missing food. MANAGER PROVIDED NO TEAMWORK EFFORT!!!!!!!Let me say again, Jaylen you’re a rockstar!!!!!

I ordered inside to go, it took almost 45 minutes to get my food. Then to get home and no sauces were included for my chicken crisper, my burgers, or my egg rolls. The sauces are everything to me. I also bought a Cajun pasta, there was nothing Cajun. Very bland not like the one in Calumet City. You didnt see Cajun at all. Over 20 minutes on hold, im about to hang up.

I had the best experience at this Chilis tonight (it may have been because I didn’t eat at all today and was so hungry but wow). I went with my family and was served and waited on by Noah, he was absolutely amazing! So attentive and kind, especially when we kept editing our orders. I love this Chilis because the people are always so sweet an attentive, I remember one time the whole staff came to sing me happy birthday past closing, I love this Chilis and I will always come back, thank you Noah and to my queen who serves near the bar!! (BTW i had the tripple dipper, super tasty made me super full, thank you chilis)

Our hostess Jessica was sweet as pie. She greeted us at the door and ket us know there was a small wait. She seated us as soon as she could as she didn’t want us to wait long. Upon leaving she held the door open as we left and told us to have a great weekend. The food and service was great. The 3 for 3, QP burger and Triple Dipper were on point.
