The woman who runs this place is the sweetest. This place is down the road from work so I’m here at least once a week, sometimes twice. Their teriyaki chicken and rice is the best in the area, their service is quick and reliable, and you can tell people enjoy coming here. And their crispy fried pot stickers are to die for. Photos taken a few months apart (they had different takeout shells for a minute).

There’s a reason they’re called the House of Teriyaki – the chicken teriyaki is awesome. Simple place with a specialty and they nailed it. Also got the spicy chicken and it was exactly that, a smokey, spicy delicious dish. The chicken was moist and the sauce was great. The yakisoba noodles were delicious as well. This place is a win win, you won’t be disappointed.

Don’t forget to support small business!!! Oh how I love running into these little gems! Located on Hwy 99 in Tigard near the SW 74th Ave westbound turnout. It’s a bit tricky to get there. But if you’re looking for a simple , back to the basics teriyaki plate at a very affordable price, this is the place! Also, because the menu is very simple, the service from order to pick-up was amazingly quick! Been going here for 20 years BUT apparently there is a new owner who doesn’t care about customer service, getting orders correct, nor taking care of the client when the order is incorrect. I called to tell her about the error and she said. I will charge you the extra money and you can come and get your food. I’m sorry……what?!?!…I shouldn’t have to pay more, nor put any more work to correct YOUR mistake. I ordered spicy chicken with all salad instead of rice with a side of gyoza. She gave me an extra side of salad on top of the all salad that I already had!!! What am I a rabbit?!?! Do better!!!
