Very poor, I just ordered 2 veggie bowl and one chicken but they give chicken in all and I am vegetarian and that is really disappointing and disgusting and they don’t have sense to apologise for this inconvenience

Ordered a Doordash with a crunch wrap, a cantina bowl with no guac or avocado sauce due to an allergy, and a couple other items. The crunch wrap was left out, the bowl is smothered in sauce and guacamole so I can’t eat it, and my husband’s quesadilla they left the sauce off (which is one of the three ingredients in it). And this is not the first time they have messed up majority of our order either, it’s been a frequent occurrence. I’m giving up on this location because it’s simply not worth it, especially paying extra for delivery.

I went through the drive thru I usually do, My food was great I had 3 cheese chicken melt and mex pizza with nacho fries w/cheese sauce and for dessert I had a little cinnamon bon bon? It was delicious I go here often the crew there is great smiling fixing your order and always tells me to have a good day !!!

Wife loves Taco Bell , but the chalkville road location has a problem . We ordered several items in drive thru and had to reorder three times . All I could hear was a whisper . We got home and looked at the food . I had a crispy chicken soft taco with one overcooked crispy strip . A couple chips of tomatoes and some slime looking dot of something it tasted like it looked awful . My wife got a Mexican pizza that 1/2 had toppings and the other just cheese . It was supposed to be a beef toco supreme . It was just refried beans ( NO Meat ) she also had a taco supreme beef taco supreme in a hard shell . The taco had a piece of lettuce and a dot of sour cream . The total meal was only $13 + dollars , but it was just awful . I would suggest you go somewhere else to get a taco .

Very concerned, I asked if the Cantina chicken bowl ingredients are separated like the photo. The person on the microphone said yes. I scraped the mushy ingredients off the top to see what it tasted like. Check out what I received in the drive thru with no fork. Compared to the photo on the menu. I am a person who first desires to eat by what I see.

I love this Taco bell. Best Taco Bell restaurants I have visited anywhere are both in Birmingham alabama. One is on the east side of 459, and the other one is on the west side of 459. They’re both the best taco bells as far as cleanliness, friendliness, and fast service. Not to mention that they don’t screw up your orders. Keep up the great work?!

Not sure why y’all so stingy with the hot sauce that probably only costs you 2 cents a package, if that. I ordered a bunch of food and they gave me 5 packages of hot sauce -that’s so unnecessary. And then if you dare to ask for more they get hella dramatic and put like two handfuls in the bag. Just doing the most.

Always leaves something out and usually the specialty item. Then will never answer the phone. I keep saying I will never go back, it’s my own fault. I would say you get what you pay for, but here that’s not even true.
