Wellington’s Cafe looks like a completely average dinner, but don’t be fooled. Their Bal Tabrin Sandwich Rules! Thin slices of deli ham and turkey smothered with a divine blue cheese sauce, garnished with cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives then broiled until bubbly – a dish to crave! Vegetable beef soup was also excellent with a depth of flavor totally unexpected. Be sure to stop when in Charleston.

I went and got the “Tuesday chicken special” last week and it was one of the worst meals I have ever eaten. Wellington’s recently catered an event for me and I can’t say enough great things about them. Tom Grant was so nice and efficient. Very accommodating. Just one call to him and he took care of everything. The food was excellent! If you’re looking for a caterer, look no further than Wellington’s.
