The lobby was closed, even tho the hours said it was open (3pm on a Sunday) so I went to the drive through. It took 25 minutes, no exaggerating, to help the 3 cars in front of me. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. When I got to the window, they didn’t have my order so I had to reorder which was hard to remember without the menu in front of me. Also, how do you lose an order in the drive through? Then they told me a completely different price at the window when I put the original order in. Then it took them almost 10 minutes to box 6 donuts. Like, genuinely are your employees ok?! Because wow.
I wanted to leave the driveway after 15 minutes but you can’t escape because it’s one lane… I was trapped in that drive through for over half an hour for six donuts.
You only get the second star because the donuts were kinda good, but I’ll never be back. Forgot to mention this was my boyfriends first time which is why I wanted to show him the conveyer belt thing. He won’t be back either lol

This is a GREAT Krispy Kreme! They are Awesome! Their donuts are the best! They were making fresh ones when we came in and the man working gave us each a hot fresh one! Best dounut ever! I would Highly recommend!! The staff was all great, helpful, and extremely friendly! I live 25+ minutes away and I will definitely be going back.

We preordered Harry Potter donuts, but at pickup we were told that some flavors were out of stock. We had driven about 30 minutes in the rain, so we were very upset. However, the workers offered us a refund, and after making sure the money had reached our account, they gave us complimentary donuts in a nice box. Even though we were disappointed by the situation, the workers still did everything possible to make it right.
Whoever is preordering HP donuts keep that in mind!

The smell of donut and sugar was nauseating as soon as you walk in. Young boy working didn’t say one word the whole interaction at the register. The donuts were not that good. Felt kind of sick. I don’t know what it was or how long they were sitting around but taste like old stale sugar blobs

I finally went to Krispy Kreme since it’s opening! After parking and upon entering, there was a worker on his break, I assume, and was smoking right at the entrance door. He gave me an unfriendly look and was not welcoming at all. I personally didn’t like that he was smoking so close to the entrance that people had to go through. Smoking is a dirty, unclean habit, and some of us have lung issues, so he should have been standing in another area. I hope he washed his hands when he went back to work. The young man who I ordered from was very professional. I was disappointed that they didn’t have chocolate donuts. It was “world chocolate day,” and they advertised chocolate donuts for a limited time. Come to find out, the donuts were not chocolate at all but had a “chocolate glaze,” which was pretty pathetic. I kept asking the young man for chocolate donuts, and he kept showing me these yellow donuts. I wasn’t going to keep going back and forth, so I brought 2 of them, and I took photos and video of the facility, and he offered me a free donut because I was going to give a review. He was professional throughout.

Krispy Kreme needs to deeply evaluate the caliber of staff they hire. The employee running the drive-thru might as well not work there, based on the amount they seem to be unaware of the menu. You would have thought I was speaking Chinese, how many times I had to repeat myself. I understand that everyone has an off day, but based on my experience from multiple visits and reading other customers’ reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. Donuts are still decent but be prepared for 20 questions to get to your jelly-filled reward.

Went in and ordered 1 dozen in one box half dozen in another. We picked all of the donuts out. They said need to redo the order they put it in as a dine in. That order was $32 and change. They redid the order which we had to re-pick all the donuts. That came to $30 and change. Then had to redo it for the 3rd time. Which means re- picking all the donuts again. This time was $34 and change. Same donuts each time. Never again

I’m not sure what’s going on with Krispy Kreme. They never have the full collection of donuts. For a place that only sells donuts, why not have them all?
We got to KK around 11:30a and the doors were locked; they only had the drive through open. The guy working the window was nice and got our order semi quickly. Also, the donuts seem to be smaller than they used to as well.

Started decent when first opened.
Every visit the standards are lowered.
Do an online order and get there and donuts are replaced with other donuts.
Before would go to drive thru to pick up and then they’ll say I have to come around, come in and get the donuts, while you could have gave them to me at the window, now you come to the door and it’s locked, now walk back to car and go to drive thru.
Last online order I ordered 2 dozen, 1 dozen all glazed and the othe dozen was assorted; they gave me all types of chocolate donuts that were stale. The glaze don’t really taste like glaze anymore.
Probably wouldn’t be back, even if it was free.

Store was open but the doors were locked and you could only use the drive thru. The person working the drive thru was unfriendly and clearly does not like or care about working there. Having to repeat donut questions multiple times because the person did not know the menu at all. Will not return to this location. Would rather visit a donut shop with happy employees and staff who appreciate their job and customers.
