We stopped at this waffle house and expected the same service as every other waffle house. The waffles were very thin. They had no pecan for pecan waffles, they had no steak for steak and eggs. We had to request hot tea 3 times cause the waiter kept forgetting. Same with forks and knives. They brought the food and had to request for utensils 3 times while food got cold. I am really disappointed. When it cane time to pay the waiter couldn’t do math with a calculator. The manager wasnt there so I couldn’t complain.

We had a new waitress and she was amazing on her first day , It was easy to see the Guy who was the grill was a very qualified trainer and a good chef. He made sure the server was well informed and let her do her ,that worked out great for them and us ,our food was great and fast and the service was very polite and friendly just because of these 2 employees I would visit this location agian ,

This is by far my favorite Waffle House because it is right next-door to a well lit gas station so I never feel unsafe. Out of the three waffle houses including Ponchatoula in this place right next-door to the pilot gas station and the petrol gas station. They are by far the fastest and nicest Waffle House I’ve stepped foot in.

We stopped in after a dare graduation and Mrs Niki was our waitress, she was absolutely amazing! Our food was all hot delicious even in one of their most busiest times! I did however notice a seemingly nice lady Lisa be very rude to her coworkers behind the counter. This I did see was very unprofessional and simply doesn’t make work flow as efficiently. Despite the hostility I witnessed from her We will definitely be back hoping for a better work environment for the employees who do their job with a smile even when things get chaotic:)
