Pizza was forty five minutes later and what it was supposed to be cold and burnt on top of that… driver didn’t seem to care – she had no idea where she was… -(I had called to cancel long before she showed up because it was so late) I was told it couldn’t get cold because they use “heated bags” to deliver your pizza- What a load of B.S. – Believe me when your pizza spends over an hour in a “warm bag” it just makes the crust wet and tough and extremely hard to even bite through- you are pretty much tearing the pizza like an animal- The bottom was so burnt it was black- I took one bite and threw it out… the only person who ate anything was a stoner friend and he ate almost half a extra large “blackened” big cheese-
No reason to call and complain… I’m sure you’ll get a replacement pie with ingredients on it you might not want and you surely didn’t order

Not worth getting sick over because you know they do that kind of stuff…
I usually (used) buy a couple of pizzas a week from Marcos but that is now over- I’m not paying those prices anymore especially when there are other places that are cheaper and better- even that nasty “pizza pizza” place would have been better than burnt , cold and tough
And please Marcos don’t reach out to me- there is NOTHING you can do and there is NOTHING I want from you-

have Marco’s pizza again- I don’t trust them to… Not put “stuff” in my food or drink
I call it that because tonight they burnt all of our food and the very barbaric and rude staff told us there’s nothing they can do about it, it’s how the chicken is .
It’s never been burn like this before and I’ve come for years .
They refused to refund or remake our food .
We literally needed this food tonight and we can’t afford to throw away 35$.
The woman who spoke rudely and refused to take accountability was an African American woman, that only matters because of description.
I hope the owner sees this and looks into her because I’ve spent thousands here just to be treated like garbage tonight .
You won’t refund my 35$, you gave me food so burnt so inedible it can’t even be chewed ..you just lost money because if you had just refunded me I was gonna place a pizza order but no you are a selfish person who takes no accountability and has zero professionalism .
Meanwhile the rest of the staff just glares at me for asking for something simple considering how much I’ve spent .
Also your chicken is left out for hours unrefrigerated I noticed by the words she spoke about it and it was just laying out in a bucket in the open there .
That can’t be up to code .

This is not our first disappointing experience here. The last one was underbaked and greasy. Meh overall, we will not be coming back for a while.
