I had a turkey supermelt with fries as you can see the sandwich looks beautiful but it was hard as a rock the turkey hard to bite into when i said something the young lady just said i can give you a discount like i want an edible sandwich is what i want. Anywho thr fries were cold but the mini mozzarella sticks were good. The young lady only came to check on us once mind you i see going to the other tables multiple times, my friend order a regular grill cheese tell me why it had bacon ♀️we never got that discount by the way or a fresh sandwich when the bread is lightly toasted but hard that means tge bread is old. I forgot the ice cream was great so

Tough spot. Waitress was nice and service was ok but she stunk of weed. My daughters mac and cheese looked like it was cooked two days ago and microwaved for her. Bathrooms were on the dirty side, so much that we felt more comfortable changing our daughter diaper in the car rather than in the rest room. Sandwiches are on the small side, should be cheaper than it is. Don’t go here unless it’s just for ice cream.

I thought friendlys was out of business, but was pleased to find one. The location clearly was not a flagship of theirs, and they were understaffed, but the food was just as good as I remembered. I may have come at a bad time because the air staff started to fill out towards the end of my meal, and my server was doing the best she could, so I’ll focus on the fribble and food. Good stuff.

Went for dessert following a Big E visit and money burn. Our service was good. The ice cream was excellent as always. I always liked Friendly’s, its too bad they got off track from their roots and started closing stores as a result.

Great service and food! I recently visited a Friendly’s in Worcester County and it was disgusting, just filthy and terrible service. This one was a delight. We had a nice and attentive serve, and the food was great. The booth had some crumbs on the bench so I took off a star from the atmosphere. I’m glad we still have a few of these open and hope they can be updated in the future.

My daughter, my nephew, my wife and I went to breakfast this morning and it was a pretty bad experience. Not only did we wait an hour which would not be a big deal had we gotten good food. Initially my eggs were not cooked, my wife’s French toast was raw and my 2nd set of eggs came with some sort of green color embedded in my eggs. I also ordered a coffee and was given not one but 2 cups that literally had someone else’s food still on it.

This is not the first time this type of thing has happened. I have given you guys way too many chances to offer fair goods and services. Ordered a Quesadilla and a Large Reeses Pieces Sundae on Doordash. Didn’t receive a Sundae received some really melted vanilla shake? Quesadilla was over cooked and salty. No salsa. No sour cream. Spent my hard earned money on a product that I did not receive. I don’t know what kind of kids work here but if you’re reading this don’t spend your time or money. Manager at this location needs to be relocated or fired. Get rid of the whole crew. I know a lot of people in the area and will spread the good word. I can guarantee many will avoid this business. Bad option. Been a trainee Friendly’s since I was a kid. Very poor product and service. Ive eaten in here a few months ago as well and the conditon of the inside is not up to standard for a restaurant. The apolstered seats in the booths are cracked and have holes. Bathroom dirty. Food took an hour with no one there. Will be the very last time I go here.
