Terrible service. I ordered 2 apple pies and a decaf coffee in the drive thru. I got my pies nice and fresh and immediately, however, it took over 30 mins to get my decaf coffee. I had to call the store to have them bring it out. I was on a cane and could not walk in. I watched 22 cars go thru the drive thru behind me while they had me wait to the side. When I got my coffee, it did not have the sugar free shot I paid extra for and it was so hot, with no sleeve, I could not drink it for another 20 mins while I drove to Germantown.

Another person was also waiting the same amount of time as me, she went in and got her food and they gave her compension, I wasnt so lucky.

I will avoid this location in the future, very disappointing.

1/20/26: They responded on this review to contact their Customer Service. Which I did, and filed a complaint. As of today, no response from McDonald’s Customer Service. Again I will avoid this location even if I have to drive extra miles.

There is an oversized black female with two pony tails that works there who is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. I was missing a few items in my order and I spoke with her about it she argued with me and made me feel like she didn’t care. I do not recommend this McDonald’s at all but if you do go expected to be disrespected by the black lady and the manager who saw this occur and did not rectify the situation.

The drive-thru person didn’t greet me or instruct in any way, and didn’t offer me a receipt. He really seemed to refuse to do his job completely. I worked a drive-thru when I was 16. It’s not tough, and this was a very slow time. He really just refused to execute the steps he was trained to do. In the current job market, he shouldn’t be working at all.

Terrible service! We ordered a small order through the app, then waited out in their pickup spot for 25 minutes. My husband finally went inside and they told him they “forgot about the order”. We waited another for them to make the order all over again, then when my husband brought it out to the car, half of the order was missing. He had to go back in and asked for a manager. The response from the manager was “I’m the manager, is this important?” He said we had waited for over 30 minutes for our food at this point and half the order was still missing and he was met with “look, we are really busy, here’s some fries…” 41 minutes after placing the order, we finally had all our food… absolutely ridiculous and atrocious service…

I didn’t even get a completed sandwich and the fries were cold. It’s like they were sitting out long before they were ever placed in my bag.
It’s pretty pathetic that a customer can no longer rely on a food chain like McDonald’s to provide a customer with a completed order. It’s even worse that a customer has to hold up everyone else behind them just to inspect their meal for completeness before departing the drive thru.
Sadly, I was already 15 miles down I-70 by the time I was able to eat my food and realized I’d been duped. Yet again.

Got home to find my boyfriend Bacon QP RAW!!!! Its midnight and I live 20 minutes away not going back and will never go there again!. I would love for corporate to contact me this is very unacceptable I have picture proof.

Why must you do everything you can not to use a handled bag for 2 pancakes and 1 platter plus breakfast sandwiches. Your other bags are to thin for all that. Don’t tell me to contact you all because its not like you will anything about it.
