Yasira at Just Salad is the best! My girlfriend and I come in often (almost every day or every other day) and we usually get the Caesar salad with the chicken on the side. Yasira always goes the extra mile for us with great energy and good vibes, and she treats us like family. You can tell she genuinely cares because I’ve seen her do the same for other customers too. The food is always amazing, but Yasira is a big reason we keep coming back. Total love!

There’s a lot to say, but it is not necessary. Professional staff, good menu options, clean facility.
First time trying, and I made my own bowl. Staff is very friendly and they take their time with your order in a good way.
Portions are amazing, and food tastes delicious.

Update: Uninstall their android app and just use their website on a mobile browser. SO MUCH faster.
This location is great, service is decent, food is fresh. I do wish they had a reliable guest WiFi tho for ordering online, or a tablet where we could order electronically in person, that’d be nice too! I’ve tried asking inside for the WiFi and it seems to not be working at this one
The JustSalad franchise is not exactly CAVA with what feels like unlimited options with the basic salad ingredients. But at least they have sweet potato all year-round? You’re charged extra, however, for going above what feels like very arbitrary limits with basic ingredients.
And be wary, the JustSalad App for Android is TERRIBLE. A broken frozen mess, crashes constantly on modifying salads. Developers do not respond to feedback, so I’m including this here and any JustSalad location I go to—until it’s fixed.

I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service I receive from Bryan and Yashira at the Totowa store! Nate, the owner, has truly assembled an amazing team across all locations. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by their bright smiles and warm friendliness, making me feel right at home.
But let’s talk about the food—these salads are anything but ordinary! Each one bursts with unique flavors that I just can’t find anywhere else. And don’t even get me started on the seasonal soups! They are hearty and utterly satisfying, with the pumpkin soup being my absolute favorite—I could enjoy that all year long!

On my way back home from JFK a couple of days ago, I made a quick stop for lunch at Just Salad in Totowa, NJ. I was craving something fresh yet fulfilling, and this spot did not disappoint!
First up, I had the Fajita Salad, a vibrant mix of romaine, kale, roasted corn, pickled red onions, and crispy tortilla chips tossed in a creamy yet tangy dressing. The crunch from the tortilla strips, the slight sweetness of the corn, and the bold flavors of the dressing all blended beautifully. It was a hearty and satisfying salad that didn’t feel like just “rabbit food” – it had real substance and a great balance of textures!
Then came the star of the meal – the Crispy Chicken Cilantro Bowl. Juicy, smoky grilled chicken with a perfect crispy char, drizzled in a creamy cilantro dressing that was packed with herby freshness. The bowl also came with brown rice, guacamole, and a vibrant pico de gallo that added a bright, zesty contrast. The flavors were spot on – a little smoky, a little tangy, and just the right amount of indulgence without feeling heavy.

I never had Just Salad before and was looking forward to trying it. When I arrived I parked in the large plaza parking lot. I walked into a very nice and clean restaurant. I ordered with a nice young man, the fajita bowl. They didn’t have guacamole so I replaced it with chickpeas. It looked very good. I sat down at one of the booths and dug in. The food was a bit cold. I am not sure if for this spot the chicken is usually served cold or not. In fact the entire bowl was luke warm but it was very tasty and filling. I will say that. All in all I had a good experience.
