Most unpleasant place I have been to, they are very unfriendly, disrespectful, entitled and clueless. Food is mediocre at best. The location inside the mall is much better. There are plenty of folks with better character and personality in the tri cities area, so give your business to them, I sure will. I hope they close their miserable doors very soon.

Warning!!! Beware that if you order ahead to pick up food that it may be stolen and managment does not care. They will accuse you of wrong doing. It does not matter that you have ordered from them ever Monday and picked up at the same time for five months. Loyalty means nothing to them. The top management will not reach out and apologize nor try to fix the system of picking up orders. You can walk in and pick it up without being spoken to at all. I guess that is how my order was stolen. I do not appreciate the way they treated me over it and I wrote to the website to get a response from the store and nothing. I have been going there for years and recently went like clockwork for months. Now, sadly, i cannot even recommend this place because I lost trust in them. They don’t value you or your business anyway. They need to fix their pick up system.

I should have known better, walking two people taking order, then they disappeared right after ordering. The one guy cooking the food, completely forgot our cheese and bacon, and the special onion rings we just that special. I probably won’t be back and will look for more mom and pop type places to eat. If you do eat here don’t get it to go, eat in the parking lot you will need a bathroom about 20 mins after consuming it will hit you like a brick.
When employees have time to just stand around instead of clean and prep there is a lack of management.

Disappointed in this place. We ordered from here because their google profile shows they have a drive through. Checked google maps, sure enough you can see the drive through window.
When we get there, there is a car parked in front of the window with no one in it. So we figured we’ll call and ask them to bring it out. Nope, the phone is turned off in the store. What on earth.
Didn’t want to have to go inside due to an injury making getting around difficult. Managed to go inside anyway and get our food.
Once we got it home, it was terrible. I had ordered a sub that was supposed to come with lots of veggies. It had a single onion on it.
Strongly wouldn’t recommend.

Visited the store at 230pm today to place a to go order and I was the only patron in the store at that time and it was so dirty. Trash receptacle was full. Trays, napkins, food strewn everywhere in all four corners of the dining area. The employee who came out to ring me up was completely distracted by the airpod in his ear and asked me to repeat my sandwich order because he was busy listening to what was playing in his ear. The second employee came out of the back to cook my order and he too had airpods in his ears and was not paying attention to the meat on the grill. He ended up burning my steak and did not put the mushrooms requested on my chicken. I had to ask if he was going to put mushrooms on that sandwich and his reply was “Oh I didn’t see that”. As my order was being bagged there were several (at least 3) orders that came in from online and both employees huffed and puffed because they were now going to have to work a little bit more. One of them went to to back and grabbed another employee who seemed to be waking up from a nap, as she rubbed her eyes and yawned on her way out of the back door. Will not return to this store unless these people can clean the store and pay better attention to their customers.

As soon as I walked in the cashier rudely asked what I wanted. I ordered and asked a question about the app and got no response, he literally just blinked at me! I placed my order and left because it felt like I was in a high school gym class. I got home to realize that there was 1 scoop of meat on my sub and the other was upside down in the container. I realized that the other sub was upside because it only had lettuce on it. No meat or anything! I really used to love this place and thought the service and food was worth it, but after paying $15 for bad attitudes and a salad that was supposed to be a sub, i don’t think I’ll be back. It’s really sad to see a place that used to be good quality go down hill like they have!

Ordered delivery and got none of the toppings. Tried to contact DoorDash and they offered me nothing and the store didn’t even pick up the phone. Fifty dollars worth of food with a newborn and not even a phone call.
