This place is like stepping into history. The decor and the small town laid-back happy atmosphere encourages you to de-stress.
The food is made when you order and so good (I ate so much I was miserable)! The steak was so big it was intimidating.
The service is top tier. The waitress was sweet and helpful, available without hovering. The cook made an appearance to make sure we were satisfied. Several customers were obviously regulars and added to the welcoming feeling you got from the time you walked in.
I will be going back when I get a chance.

Ive been coming here about 4 years. The food is always consistent. The owner is typically present and genuinely cares for each individual person. This is a true family/small town feeling restaurant. They have a cool option for appetizers where you can individually order items like a single wing paired with a single mushroom. Small menu, good ol’ home cooked meals. Always friendly staff.

Keylee was our server and she was friendly and helpful. We had onion rings which were good, great burger and chicken salad all freshly made. Great place to hangout with friends and family. Outside dining was nice because it had both benches or chairs. And the road noise wasn’t bad.

Our retiree lunch group stopped by for our monthly eat out and we all had good food and service. Burgers were very nice, like home made. Our server was friendly and got our orders all right and handled multiple separate checks perfectly.

It’s a small cozy place, dim and a large screen for sporting events. The hospitality of the waitresses was amazing, they treated me nicely and even gave me water (large water). They consistently asked me if I needded something else. Waited around 10-15min for 4 burgers and fries. So now to the taste, it’s really good the meat was delicious and the sweet potato fries were really good. I give it 5 stars because of the hospitality and the food.

First time stopping by after living in kingwood for 6 years I wish I could’ve stopped in sooner!
They have a great atmosphere and decent food & beer prices you can’t beat.
They have order by the number of appetizers (fried pickles, Mac n chz bites , jalapeño poppers etc).
I enjoyed the sweet potato fries and onion rings as well as their grilled chicken burger .
If you’re ever on 494 or just passing by please give them a try !

So it was my first time coming here. It wasn’t as busy which was great and as soon as we entered Kim was there to greet us.
She was full of energy and provided the best customer service making us feel comfortable and welcome.
This hole in the wall spot has history the since 1950’s which makes it a fun experience when asking questions.
The food was very affordable and fresh, including beers which is all they serve, and you can bring your own liquor or wine if you want as well just not beer since that’s all they sell. Food gets a 7.8/10 for me it was enjoyable and felt like home. Bill’s Cafe will now be a regular spot for my family.
Y’all give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
