From begining to end, my experience today was beyond phenomenal and review worthy! I’m always complicated, and Mari assisted me and made taking my order seem like a breeze. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. Her assistance with my order is what really left an imprint. Michelle met me at the window with a beautiful smile and spirit to match. These two are a dynamic duo and I really appreciate there efforts and extra attention to my order. Everything was perfectly packaged and precise. Shout out to the kitchen as well! Not sure if the ladies are also cooks but the food was just as fantastic as the service!

I use to love coming to this location until the last visit I have first off it seems like it’s a bunch of kids that works there now I’m from Pensacola but now I live in Alabama when I come to visit I make sure before I leave to stop here but this time it was totally different I ordered two salads which took almost 30 mins when I got them I noticed one wasnt full like the other one so I took it back another employee took the salads as if she was gonna remake them and I’ve already been waiting so long to have to wait longer I went threw the drive thru and basically was passed out the same salads and not only did I get the same salads the meat had mold spots on and I basically wasted my money this place use to be my to go but now I would never come back because I don’t know what will be given to me due to young kids that doesn’t care about what they are serving! Ridiculous!

The best delivered pizza I have ever ate. The delivery driver was kind, polite, and well spoken. I usually don’t order delivery because of the wait and living in Beulah you tend to get cold pizza; not from here!!!! I did have an issue with one pizza upon delivery and when calling and speaking with the manager Christy she resolved the issue quickly. I love business that takes care of their customers, plus there cheese is so much better than the cheese anywhere else. 100% Mozzarella

Ordered the pepperoni whaky Wednesday and they dumped salt all over the pizza. Tried to eat a couple of slices and tasted nothing but salt. It’s definitely the worst pizza I had in my life because I couldn’t eat it. Ended up throwing it away.

This is my go to Hungry Howie’s and for chain pizza it’s one of the better ones imo. My only complaint is that half of the time when i order my pizza well done they still just do a normal bake on it. Other than that I’ve never had any issues with this location.

Service was definitely not on point, it was bad. The worst part is they charged me 6$ over and if I wouldn’t had said anything they might have not fixed it. They said they would reimburse in a couple of days which is wrong. I called to order for delivery. The clerk had trouble understanding me constantly and was unsure if they delivered to my address which was just more than a mile away. At the end the clerk hung up without stating the estimated wait time. I know this is definitely not a fancy restaurant but they missed way to many basic things and service should always be number one. About the food itself, pizza and bread was delicious, I would say better than Papa Johns which used to be my favorite chain pizza.

I always get thin crust pizza with either garlic butter crust or just the butter crust… this time we picked up a large Maui Howie and added mushrooms it was pretty good, but I think next time I’ll request more pineapple. Some slices had very little to no pineapple on them. Love Hungry Howie’s pizza the best.
