This Wendy’s has been running a bait-and-switch routine for years. You order a single—they quietly turn it into a double. No warning. No confirmation. Just a higher total and the hope you won’t notice.
They finally stopped doing it at the speaker once people caught on. But they didn’t stop—they just got sneakier.
Now the order shows up correctly on the drive-thru screen. Looks fine. Then you pull up to the window, and suddenly the price is higher. I asked her to repeat the order: “Two singles, medium, with a Coke.” That’s when I knew exactly what was happening.
This isn’t a mistake. It’s a pattern. And it’s shady.
This location already looks like it’s on life support. No lines. No traffic. Even Taco Bell is packed while this place sits empty—and now I understand why.
And let’s not forget their other little trick: slapping cheese on burgers you didn’t ask for just to bump the price again.
I’m done. Permanently. I have options—and Wendy’s just removed itself from the list.

The Manager Amy was very unprofessional and needs a new job. Our food was wrong and she told us she’d refund it but instead got mad and argued with us which isnt very professional. She was rude and childish. Then would not refund our food, which was wrong and cold and soggy. I would beware and cooperate needs to intervene!!! Beware if they mess up your food they blame you instead of making it right!! I will never go back to the store as this is the second time this week they messed up our food but today AMY wanted to run her mouth back to us for their mistakes!!

Went to Wendy’s ordered two of your one dollar sausage egg and cheese biscuits pulled up waited waited five or 10 minutes to get through the line got up to the service waited another five or 10. They asked me if we could pull over and wait. They dropped the biscuits on the floor supposedly Went over there and said it be five minutes. We’ll have it out waited 10 to 15 minutes when it finally come out, they gave us a bag and left and I never got a thing that I ordered everything I ordered except for the coffee they gave me at the window was the only thing I got I got something else and I wasn’t gonna wait for anything else just Poor service. I really thought I was at Burger King for how slow they was. It took a half an hour just to get a one dollar sandwich.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Wendy’s. While waiting for my order, I witnessed the cashier open a sealed bag of food because she said the orders were mixed up. Instead of using gloves or proper utensils, she reached directly into the bag with her bare hands, grabbing nuggets and tossing them into another bag. She repeated this process several times, handling food with the same hands she had just been using at the register to take payments. Once finished, she resealed the bags as if nothing had happened. Just made me sick.
This was concerning from both a food safety and customer service standpoint. Proper hygiene and handling should always be a priority in a restaurant, and what I witnessed did not reflect that standard at all.

Not Very Good Location, Said Couldn’t Switch Bacon Fry For Normal Fry In The Biggie Bag You’ve Also Been Able To Change Your Drink Into A Frosty But Again Not Here! Pulled out of line, directly in the flow of traffic to wait on my food.
A woman brought my food 10+ minutes later
I miss my sauce and 10 of my nuggets, after going in to get my sauce and my nuggets, the employee touched them bare handed to hand them to me. After checking their computer like I was lying about their mistakes.
I didn’t get the sandwich I ordered, I ordered the new Fuego sandwich as well, instead of getting it; I got a crispy chicken sandwich.
Not even worth my time to go back in busy Marietta traffic.
Out of the probably 10+ Wendy’s I’ve been to, thinking some places are bad, this place topped all of them. Complete trash.
