I visit Jersey Mike’s weekly at another location and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a short amount of time at this franchise

Upon entering the location, the team members were not welcoming or friendly. Instead of greeting us or calmly explaining the situation, staff members yelled, “Can’t you read, we’re closing soon—have a good day,” and were unwilling to answer any questions.

At the time, the door was unlocked, the “Open” sign was still on, and multiple team members were standing behind the counter, which reasonably gave the impression that orders were still being accepted. The way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and disrespectful.

I understand that restaurants have closing times, and I fully respect that. However, there is a significant difference between politely informing customers of closing procedures and responding in a hostile manner. This experience fell well below reasonable expectations for customer service.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve staff communication and customer interactions moving forward.

Love coming here. I usually pick up lunch here at least once a week. Always in and out with no delay. Subs are always fresh and the place is always very clean! The manager Kayleigh is awesome. Incredible customer service from her every time I stop in.

Yeah, waited over a year to try this again after my first awful experience. Still awful. Somehow they decided everything was a ham sandwich for some reason. We only ordered because Jimmy Johns was closed. Don’t even bother with this. Just get Jimmy Johns. Also, don’t try something just because you’re desperate for a cold sub. There is nothing they could do to fix this except go out of business. Thanks for wasting my time again.

First time having a negative experience here. Placed a pickup order. Order was to be ready at 4:49 PM. Pulled in at 4:51. My husband ordered a hot chicken cheese steak. It was barely warm and cheese was not melted. Spoke to either the manager or shift lead (guy with long hair in a long pony tail and beard). He proceeded to argue and say it had been sitting for 10 mins and asked if we took it outside. Also tried to say the cheese was melted when it wasnt. We had just sat down inside after picking it up. Proceeded to remake the sandwich wrong and we didnt feel like arguing with the staff again and experience rude customer service. Ill go to the Stow location from now on.

Ok, I’m torn here. Food is very good. Always love a good Jersey Mike’s sub. Tonight my wife ordered the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheesesteak as a bowl. Luckily we had lettuce at home to supplement what she got. I mean, it’s lettuce. These guys already overcharge for tiny sandwiches. (Sorry, said it.) But you charge the same for a “bowl” as a sandwich and then don’t fill the bowl? Sorry, just disappointed.

I have become a regular here I order few times a week for my father. I like their subs more than subway. The staff that normally serve me are really nice. Some of the new kids there are something’s I don’t like. You go to the left to of the deli to order. Sometimes you tell them double meat they write it down but the person who works the grill they don’t always catch it so you have to remind them you have double meat. Not trying to be picky but you’re paying for it you should get it. I’m kind of a neat freak one thing I don’t like is prep table not having all of items filled. If you see only a few strands of onions left why are you not filling it. Few of the young kids just stand there. They have way too much staff not to fully utilize your staff. When you put lettuce on the sand which if it falls on the table you don’t sweep that back into the lettuce bin when you already poured oil and vinegar and oil on it it’s already contaminated. The prep table should be constantly wiped after each use it kinda looks disgusting. Other then few of my peeves I like eating here but just needs a little bit of of leadership to guide these lost sheep .

Very friendly yet professional staff. Their meats and cheeses were freshly cut. A display of the variety of meat choices are in view similar to a deli. Very clean environment.

Meh. Gave 3 stars because my boyfriend raved about their subs. Maybe I should have had it on bread and not a wrap? Nothing like the online picture plus the regular feeds two people? It’s a very small appetizer for two.We also had a very large order for delivery and it was very confusing and hard to read, trying to figure out who’s sub was who’s. Wrap and a drink I paid $15.00. I feel it could have been made a lot better.
