I rarely give a bad review, but this place is horrible. I stopped here only because they didn’t seem busy, I see why now. Ordered a 12 piece family meal which isn’t crazy, and at the window I wasn’t informed it would be a long wait and given a chance to decline. Just allowed to pay and asked to pull forward to wait. Waited 45 minutes and had to go in to use the rest room, was asked if im still waiting then told they had a bog order come in and had to drop more chicken. After returning to the car that’s still running because it’s cold and they don’t have parking spots on the drive thru side, I waited another 45 minutes bef
before my meal was brought out. Just no words, wone be back. Even the person behind me waited forever for two small bags. Sad.

Chicken dry as hell, ordered coleslaw and got canned beans from a dead grandma’s house, and there was a long hair in my food (which I unfortunately found out AFTER barely getting it all down with a lot of Dr. Pepper and ton of BBQ sauce.) How can fried chicken be so bad? Please repent. Jesus is coming.

Horrible service in the back. The girl at the register did a good job but all the guys in the back horrible. It took right at 40 minutes to make two grilled chicken biscuits. This was the second time getting bad service. They have lost a customer, I won’t be back!!!

Normally good but on last visit they were out of chicken had to wait 20 minutes to get order cooked off going shift left them without chicken and on coming shift for some reason wasn’t paying attention and hadn’t started to cook chicken .

Well guys, I’ve got some good news, and some bad news, the Bojangles here has a worker (didn’t catch her name, but I know she was working here at 9/28/2024 at 7:28 pm.. ) we were accidentally given someone else’s food by mistake, and they found us a few minutes later (after we had opened the food and touched it) she asked for it back as she was going to (interestingly) give it to the other customers who ordered it.. after we had touched it… My dad told her “you aren’t going to give that to the other people after we opened it right?” She replied “no, I’ll take it inside, throw it away and make more” we gave it back, then pulled away, about 20 feet forwards, it turns out that she GAVE THE FOOD SHE TOOK FROM US TO THE CUSTOMER WHO ORDERED IT! SHE STRAIGHT UP LIED TO OUR FACES AND.. also compromised the health of the other customers, idk if she does it often or not, but beware, you might get food that was in a car with dogs or toddlers. Or worse, someone sick.. beware… Good news is.. well, nothing I guess.

As good a high-fat fast food restaurant as they come. Clean, spacipus eating area. Courteous, professional counter staff. Better-tasting chicken that KFC or Chick Fila, if you like a bit of a kick. The biscuit was THE BEST biscuit of ANY fast food join–bigger, fluffier, and tastier! Fries were seasoned as well as salted. Healthier options for a side dish. We declined a drink and were given cups for water without asking. One $7 box was enough to fill up the two of us for with a small meal

Every time I get a steak biscuit from here it’s so hard and dried out makes me so mad I can barely eat it after I sat there and waited the two young couple that was working was standing there and they walked off and left me in the drive threw for ever I thought they left the building at first
