This is my favorite place in the area hands-down! I’ve been going here for years and the quality has always been incredible. You get SO much food too so it’s a great value. Between my boyfriend and I, we’ve probably tried nearly everything on the menu once and it’s all outstanding: the braised beef, guac, chicken tinga, esquites, pickled red onions, mahi mahi, Chilango sauce, pork belly, everything is fresh, flavorful, and the spicy stuff is *actually* spicy. The attached pic is of the carnitas street tacos, which I highly recommend!

Listen to me. This place is incredible. The food is absolute top tier Mexican food. Ingredients are always fresh and the recipes are so tasty. My family and I order from here a couple times a month and it is always a hit. I have had pretty much every taco at this point but my personal favorite is the braised beef. Whatever they are marinating that meat in is from another world. The rice is also the best Mexican style rice I have ever had. Taste and texture are always on point. I can’t say enough good things about this place, seriously.

The Global Standard for Tacos
Hands down, these are THE BEST tacos and salsa I have had anywhere in the world (and I have traveled extensively). The freshness is extraordinary, and the flavor combinations are unique and perfectly balanced. The depth of flavor in the meats is noteworthy; my personal favorites are the cochinita pibil, pork belly, and braised beef tacos.
We recently moved to Southwest Florida, where there are taco shops on every corner, yet nothing compares to this place. Chilango is a true culinary gem with wonderful owners. It is always our first stop when we are back in town. Highly recommended! ️

I kept hearing about this place but every time I drove by it seemed like they were closed. Turns out, they’re mainly a carryout. I think you can dine in for lunch. Let me tell you! I really enjoy a good Mexican meal. This is one of the best, fresh food, Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food is very good and very consistent! I encourage you to try this place.

My favorite Taco place in Cincinnati. Friendly, fast service. I’ve tried everything on the menu and they are all bangers. Braised Beef, Chorizo and Pork Belly are top tier. Mainly a carryout place which is the only downside.

Not a fan. I door dashed a burrito, elote, queso, and chicken street tacos. The elote was beyond salty…like dump a container of salt in salty. The tacos were moderately salty but salsa cut into it and made them edible. The queso had no taste- actually wondered if it was a flour concoction. Had family members try it all to make sure I wasn’t having a stroke and they agreed. The burrito was fine. Very disappointed since I expected greatness based on the ratings.

Wouldve gave a 5 but think waiting 40-45min for what you see in photo was excessive. Its a order at counter & take number to seat place. Salsa bar is a couple dollars but chip refills free & salsa very good. Tried spicy jalapeno margarita & so good. Place was busy but not all seats filled & no wait at door. Not sure why it took so long. Saw others waiting just as long as well.

What a fantastic place! Super happy we tried it (thanks to a recommendation from my wife’s friend). It’s one of those places where the menu is written on the chalkboard, you just order as soon as you come in, and you seat yourself. It was very quick to get the food (they bring it to you) and the combination tacos that I got were absolutely fantastic. The chochinita pibil tacos were my favorite. My wife and son were impressed too. All of the ingredients tasted very fresh to me. It reminds me of a modern Taqueria in Austin with a pleasant dining area, unpretentious atmosphere, and very clean, new furnishings. What a treat to have it here in Landen! Savvy people from Kings Island or Great Wolf will come here I imagine.
