It’s ok. Prices are trash for the food quality. In comparison to subway, it’s maybe 20-30% better than them. But compared to wegman’s, they can’t compete. But luckily, in Hazleton, this is the best chain option. The bread quality for me is the most important, but it feels and tastes like it’s not made in-house.

We had a great experience our first time here. The hoagies were fresh, delicious, and made surprisingly fast for how much work is involved and how busy they were. The employees there are super kind and friendly even though we stumbled through ordering. We will definitely be back. The food is way better than Subway and rival some of the top sub places around.

I usually get Jersey Mike’s sandwiches for my wife and I if I know that I’ll be near one in my travels. Today it was this one. Love the #13 and so far my wife has yet to order the same thing twice. Be sure to check out the full menu online. If what you want isn’t on the store board, they will make any sandwiches on the full menu.

10.34 after tax for 7 7/8 in sandwich? R U ok? I get you are right next to ethos, so the fumes might affect those involved but over $1.31 per in is ridiculous. Same as subway but with less sandwich

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Jersey Mike’s with an employee named Yaniuel. From the moment I walked in, he seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. He got my order wrong, didn’t listen when I tried to correct him, and acted like it was my fault. On top of that, his attitude was rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was a burden instead of a customer. If this is the kind of service Jersey Mike’s allows, I won’t be coming back to this location. Yaniuel should not be dealing with customers until he can show basic professionalism and respect.

very disappointing experience! which I have never had at jersey mikes before. we walk in and a woman in pigtail braids looked at us, didn’t greet us, then turned her back to do something else. we stood there for 5 min until another woman came out to take our order. she asked if I wanted my sub mikes way with oil and vinegar. I said no, just mayo please. then she immediately wraps up the sub, didn’t add mayo. just not what I would want when I’m paying $10 for a sub…. and the service is extremely underpar to the excellent customer service that every other location has

First time at Jersey Mike’s and my first experience was ruined. The girl at the register was unpleasant. Asked me what toppings I wanted on my sandwich (Club Sub)… I was confused and told her whatever comes on the Club Sub (number 8). She said she already rang me up for a turkey provolone and the bacon would be an extra charge. I was confused because bacon is listed on the Club Sub. She asked if I wanted it Mike’s way otherwise it will only be turkey and provolone so I said I guess I’ll have it Mike’s way. I believe the guy wrote it up wrong because i originally wanted a Club Sub without ham, but she rang it up as a turkey and provolone? Idk but she did not even attempt to correct the mistake. Especially telling me she would have to upcharge for the bacon to be added when it was the staff’s mess up, like no just make it right and don’t have an attitude about it. The tables were also so messy we chose to eat out instead which seems to be a common problem here.

I love Jersey Mikes! I always get the Roast Beef and it is delicious. Today I ordered and I felt as if my sub was not as good as usual. I feel like it didn’t have as much meat as usual. It was still delicious.
