12/17/25 @ roughly 9:30. We ordered 3 bags of crazy bread and pizza for the family (we love the crazy bread, pretty much the only reason we ordered from here) to have for dinner. We picked up and they gave us the pizza and a plastic bag that was tied shut, we asked to make sure there were 3 marinara sauces in the bag. The lady told us there were. We paid and got home and opened the plastic bag to realize there WERE 3 marinara sauces but only 2 bags of crazy bread. I called back to ask if maybe they had just run out and forgot to tell us there were only 2 bags in there, after checking the receipt to make sure we actually ordered 3. The lady who answered the phone said “I bagged that myself and I made sure there was 3 in there.” She said it in a defensive way as if I was calling her a liar, or trying to get free stuff from her. She came off in a very rude way. She told me to check the car to see if it fell out but I checked, and the bag was tied shut the whole way home. So there was no way it fell out in the car. I’m thinking either they didn’t have enough and didn’t want to tell me, or she just didn’t want to make more. Not sure but was very disappointed 🙁

I placed an order online for pick up at 07:15 got there at 07:20 and my food wasn’t in the pickup machine so I stood there at the counter for like 10 mins before anyone even acknowledged me and I let them know I was just there to pick up my order and they told me that it was in process. Finally got my food at 07:40, no apologies for it being late or even acknowledging it was late.

The Pizza is usually really good here. Hot and fast. The servers are usually pretty nice. The atmosphere is okay, it’s clean, but it’s just a pick up and go place.

I feel customer service is extremely important in a fast food job. The way I was I was treated by the toothless wonder lady today was completely unacceptable. She was very rude, aggressive and dismissive. She shut the window in my face and told me she would not give me napkins. I would like my $2 tip back because she was awful.

Waitted 10 minutes at the drive through speaker only to be told to pull up to the window. No order taking, just pull forward. So now I sit for 15 minutes at said window being ignored by 4 different employees. Finally someone ask my order. One hot n ready and crazy bread. Only to be told that will be another 15 to 20 minutes wait. I pulled away. Avoid this location.

When I was ordering in the drive through the lady working interrupted me as I was asking for a pepperoni pizza and yelled pull forward…I said I would like a crazy bread she interrupted again and yells pull forward. When I get up to pay she is holding the credit card machine 1 inch out the window so I could barely reach it…I gave a $2 tip. I asked for napkins she turns around and looks at the ceiling turns back around and says we don’t have any napkins…it’s a fast-food restaurant?!? She slammed the window in my face and left me sitting there. This is why I hate tipping before the interaction is complete. They need to do better with customer service…won’t be going back anytime soon!

Well to start there’s not enough workers to run the counter and the drive through. The worst of all is that the pizza was barley cooked the bottom was dough and white. If I wanted to go home and have to cook my own pizza I’d go to Papa Murphy’s

If you’ve been to any of these chains before, you know what to expect. Which isn’t bad. Thing is they routinely have a wait as long as any other pizza joint for they’re “Hot N Ready” deals they’re known for. Otherwise, decent for the price.

This location rarely gets orders right and they’re never on time. Our last visit they crammed 3 pizza in one portal. It was a struggle to get them out, starting with the middle pizza, two of the pizzas were for someone else, aaand they put our crazy bread and other pizza in a totally different portal. Instead of reading the labels on the box, I had to have them open all the boxes to check toppings then hand them to me to verify my name was on the label.
