This Subway is consistently not clean. I hate coming to this Subway but sometimes I don’t want to drive to the Bonin one. It’s very gross and I just wished the employees or cleaning people would clean it more. Almost decided to leave and drive to the other one.

The two women running the place seemed very unorganized. One of them was trying to ring me up at one end of the counter while I was still giving the beginnings of my order at the other end. When I was paying, I was about to put in my phone number so it would add to my reward and so I could use my stored up points but the lady bypassed it. When I pointed this out she just said “You don’t need to do that.” Then they charged me for a full meal when I explicitly told them I was just ordering the sandwich. Never going to this one again.

Tried to come in tonight to get a sandwich, no one’s at the counter said hello about four times cuz there’s somebody on their phone or watching something on their phone in the back but no one ever greeted me so I walked out. Love Subway will never be back to this location again.

We just ordered 5 sandwiches through the app. We ended up with almost 50$ worth of absolute trash. 1 sub was made as we ordered. Subs that weren’t supposed to be toasted were beyond toasted. The bread of one was cremated (RIP) My sons was missing 2 of the four items he ordered on it. After working 10 hour days and deciding to relax and get something quick, this is what we ended up with. Of course there’s no phone number or address on the receipt (pic included). After a long exhausting day of work we ended the day with this for dinner. Super disappointed and frustrated.

Rusty and Lisa was top tier employees. They made my sandwich amazingly and had the best customer service i’ve ever had in my 18 years of living on this planet. They both deserve a raise and I will be returning because of them. Thank you subway for hiring such amazing people.

I’m from out of town and was visiting family. Me and my wife stopped in. The place was very clean and all the vegetables looked fresh. The guy in the green shirt greeted us with a smile. He was very friendly and very professional. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town. Thanks for the good service.

Rusty was bar none the best employee I have ever seen in a subway. As a consumer of many, many, different subway sandwiches I can say that the sandwiches that rusty pieces together masterfully, are not just sandwiches. They are works of art, that should be shared with generations to come. Not only, did Rusty create the greatest sandwich this country has ever seen, he was the friendliness, most humorous man I’ve ever met, and I meet men often. At the slightest twitch of my eyebrow Rusty questioned his assembly of my sandwich, and when he was not assembling my sandwich. I was doubled over in laughter from the sheer role model of a man that is Rusty.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their toaster was broken as it has been for months. They did not have the bread I asked for and their customer service was terrible. They cared more about making their money than making our sandwiches correctly. This isn’t the first time I have had my order made incorrectly at this location and I decided to give them another chance only to be disappointed again. I would recommend this location either get new management or get shut down completely. I would not be surprised if their net profit was in the negatives.
