The two ladies I dealt with today both had pissy attitudes. One wanted to overcharge me for a side of gravy and the other one just doesn’t like her job. I ordered Cajun rice for one of my sides and under the customization option you can leave gravy selected OR choose no gravy. My rice had no gravy so I asked for it and was told that I had to pay $2 more. The last time I came into this location I had to remind the employees there that I was waiting on my mobile order . My order was ready and sitting in the window while they were talking and carrying on. Everybody in there seem to have some type of chip on their shoulder literally EVERY TIKE YOU GO. Today was in fact my last time.

DO NOT EAT HERE walked in and had to use the restroom the bathroom had hella flies and pissy toilet paper stuck to the floor like it had not been cleaned in forever ring around the toilet like it wasn’t clean then i ignore that and go to the main lobby and the table was sticky seats were stained window seal was covered in crumbs food under the table and to top it all off there was a roach under the table mind you we already sat down with our food before we realized and go to eat my chicken sandwich its like rubber cause it sat for so long then i hear in the back a lady say “ its a bug in it or what” so im not sure if they were talking about food or grease or what but this is ridiculous and needs to be shut down please dont eat here

I tried the Popeyes Cajun Fish Sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. It was a huge piece of fish that rivals a chicken sandwich. The flavor was great. I’m always a fan of Popeyes chicken. ” Love that chicken at Popeyes!” Just give me some gravy on the side to dip it in and I’m a happy camper.
I have had a few issues trying to use the app at this location but other than that it’s been great.
Update: I came on a daddy daughter date. They were advertising wings so I added them on to my chicken order to try. The spicy fried chicken was good as usual. The wings on the other hand, had some issues. I got the Signature Hot flavor. Although I liked the flavor, the sauce was both gritty & very oily. In their present state, they were a little disappointing but I’d have to try them again as I’m sure that’s not the norm.
I’ll keep coming back to Popeyes for that wonderful spicy fried chicken!

This place is very poorly managed, from poor food quality to outrageous wait time. We paid for 10pc classic and was shocked to open box later and see 8 very old wings, 1 drumstick and 1 thigh. Apparently they boxed whatever was left over. It’s unacceptable!!! Unfortunately, we didn’t check the box before we left or I would have definitely said something but I trusted them to give me what I paid for, It will not happen again!

Its the same thing every time. Rude people, bad service, 30+ miniute wait. Tried to change it up this time and and go inside and the lady very rudely said she wasnt going to take my order cause the drive thru was busy (there were 4 cars). You dont get service like this at A Chick-fil-A in a much busier area. They are in some very serious need of customer service training.

Okay, so things happen, however, on multiple occasions this restaurant…and other area Popeyes…have been out of basic necessities of their business. On this occasion they had no drinks other than tea and bottled water and juice. On other occasions they have been out of fries, ketchup, etc. One time they were out of ALL sides. It’s hard to criticize service, though attitudes are pretty bad, but when you are on the receiving end of complaints due to failures like this, I’m sure it has to be tough on employees.
